Hotel Review｜Sheraton Shanghai Jiading ✅ Dining Experience - Executive Lounge Happy Hour (18:00-20:00): The number of hot dishes exceeded expectations, completely unlike an ordinary cafeteria standard, and there were fewer diners. The menu was rich, including fish, shrimp, beef, chicken, and soups; the spicy crayfish (mildly spicy and slightly dry, very flavorful) I ate two plates of, the three-flavor soup was also very delicious, and the other dishes tasted good as well. - Afternoon Tea (14:00-16:00): Offers small cakes and three types of melons. Although the variety is limited, the small cakes have a good texture. - Breakfast: Served until 10 am on weekends, the overall taste is average among Marriott brands. Among the dishes, the oatmeal porridge was acceptable, and the roasted cherry tomatoes were one of the few vegetable options; if you need to pay extra, it’s not highly recommended. The room is relatively large and the decor is quite new. Although some small details need improvement: the air conditioning cooling effect is average, only the washbasin has tissues, and there are fewer charging outlets in the room, the overall good service attitude still makes it highly commendable. Additionally, although the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Jiading is located in Jiading District (I have been to Shanghai seven or eight times this year, and this was my first time in Jiading), the location is quite suitable for business travelers and those with budget control. This hotel also offers happy hour; although the food is simple, it is still worth recognizing. As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a junior suite, and the bedding experience was good. I happened to have a cold and cough on this business trip, so I didn’t go far. There is Yuanxiang Lake near the hotel, where I took a half-circle walk. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast meets the usual standard of the Four Points brand. Considering the price, it is highly recommended for business trips in Jiading. 🧹 Soundproofing/Hygiene: No obvious hygiene issues, overall experience is good. 🏘️ Room Type/Layout: - Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Corner view executive twin room, 60 sqm, spacious; - Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Junior suite with a reasonable layout, able to meet business travel accommodation needs. 🛌 Amenities/Facilities: - Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Newer decoration; equipped with basic room amenities; executive lounge offers dining services; minor issues with average air conditioning cooling, insufficient tissues and charging outlets; - Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Better bedding experience; offers happy hour dining service. 💗 Other Tips: - Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Communicate in advance to secure your preferred room type; notifying the hotel on your birthday may get you a surprise decoration; happy hour and afternoon tea are worth experiencing; if breakfast requires extra payment, you may skip it; - Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai Jiading: Members may get room upgrades; nearby Yuanxiang Lake is suitable for walking; suitable for business travelers and those on a budget; - Both hotels offer commendable service and can be chosen based on travel purpose (vacation/business trip).

I'm a longtime Marriott guest😆. This weekend's staycation choice was the Sheraton Jiading Hotel, not far from home. Anyone who knows will understand how awesome it is to stay alone in a hotel on the weekend‼️ 🏠Room: The deluxe king room is really spacious😆, with a dedicated vanity table‼️ You can even see Jiading’s unique scenery outside the window😌. Staying alone feels a bit luxurious😆... The wet and dry areas are well separated, plus there’s a separate bathtub. Outside the window is Xinye Plaza. Taking a bath here at night🛀 is absolutely amazing👍. After showering, wearing a bathrobe and watching the night view by the window is so relaxing. 🍲Dining: The Cai Yue Xuan on the second floor of the hotel is pretty good, offering many stir-fried dishes. The Cantonese cuisine tastes great😎: Classic crispy young pigeon, chicken oil lotus leaf steamed fresh matsutake mushrooms, and my personal favorite, mango pomelo sago paired with pan-fried buns with scallions. The pan-fried buns filled with preserved mustard greens and pork plus the sweet mango pomelo sago are delicious😋... 🏋️Facilities: 🌸Gym: Open 9am to 9pm to the public, hotel guests can swipe their card to enter. The equipment is well-equipped. It’s great to work out and sweat a bit after a nap👍; 🌸Swimming pool: Open 9am to 9pm, with lifeguards on duty. Perfect for swimming lovers in summer; 🌳Recommended activities: ✅Xinye Plaza: A great mall in Jiading old town with everything for dining, shopping, and entertainment👍. Sheraton Jiading Shanghai Hotel 📍Location The hotel is located at No. 66 Jiating Highway, Jiading New District, Jiading District, very close to Jiading North Station on Metro Line 11, about a 10-minute walk. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance, staff warmly came over to help with my luggage, making me feel well taken care of instantly. 🏨 Comfortable Room Experience After check-in, I couldn’t wait to rush to my room. The room was warmly decorated, featuring Sheraton’s signature sleep experience bed, which was especially comfortable with a mattress of moderate firmness. The room also had a flat-screen LCD TV, separate shower and bathtub, and a spacious work area, convenient for handling some work anytime. What surprised me most was the room’s smart control system, which was very easy to operate, allowing me to easily adjust the lighting and curtains. 🍽 Culinary Enjoyment The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options with three distinctive restaurants. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge selection, including Western bread and bacon, Chinese soup dumplings and congee, as well as Asian-flavored dishes to satisfy different tastes. I especially liked the hotel’s executive lounge, where the evening happy hour menu was also rich, and the staff helped with cocktail mixing, making it feel very cozy. 🏊‍♀️ Fitness and Leisure The hotel’s fitness center is on the fifth floor and is very well equipped. What excited me most was the 25-meter indoor heated swimming pool, with just the right water temperature, making swimming especially enjoyable. There are also sauna, dry steam, and wet steam facilities by the pool. After a sauna session, I felt much more relaxed and all my fatigue instantly disappeared. 🌆 Nearby Exploration There are many attractions and facilities around the hotel, very close to Jiading Xinye Shopping Plaza and Sun Moon Light Center. If you want to experience local history and culture, the Zhouqiao Old Street with its Ming and Qing dynasty architecture and Qiuxiapu are also worth visiting. Moreover, the hotel is not far from the F1 Shanghai International Circuit and Shanghai Auto Museum, making it a perfect choice for racing fans and car enthusiasts. 📝 Notes When checking in, remember to bring valid Mainland China ID cards for all guests, one card per person is required for check-in. The hotel provides free parking, so self-driving guests don’t need to worry about parking. Also, although the hotel breakfast is very abundant, it is charged separately at 161 RMB per person, so you can choose whether to enjoy it based on your own needs.

Whether it's a family getaway or a get-together with friends, it's the perfect place for a family getaway. 🏘️Room Type/Layout: Spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view The front desk was very considerate and upgraded me to a top-floor room with breathtaking views. A suite offers unobstructed views and a relaxing morning yoga session. The suite has two bathrooms, a separate powder room, and a dressing room. However, the powder room is dimly lit, so you might need to use your own lighting. Although the hotel is relatively new, the rooms are well-designed and spacious, meeting all needs. 🛌Amenities/Facilities: Comprehensive amenities cater to a variety of needs. The hotel is well-equipped with Chinese, Japanese, and Western restaurants, allowing you to enjoy international cuisine without leaving the hotel. Caiyuexuan Chinese Restaurant, located on the second floor, serves authentic Cantonese cuisine worth trying. Dishes like the rice noodle crab and roast duck are particularly delicious, and the complimentary mango sago is incredibly delicate. MIYABI Ya Ri Restaurant is ranked number one in Jiading for Japanese cuisine, offering popular dishes like black truffle and foie gras steamed egg and sashimi. The hotel lobby bar, in partnership with Starbucks, offers delicious coffee and freshly baked goods. Breakfast is served at Shengyan Logo Western Restaurant on the first floor, featuring freshly baked bread and croissants, including delicious Aozao noodles. Weekend evenings also feature themed buffets. The hotel also has a swimming pool, so bring your swimsuit and floaties for a fun time. However, this is not a family-friendly hotel; there are no bed guards and the beds are high, so families with children should be extra cautious. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness: Quiet and Clean, Enjoy a Peaceful Stay The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful environment. Cleanliness is excellent, with both rooms and public areas kept immaculately clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. 💰Per capita cost: Affordable, high value Basic rooms start at over 500. Considering the hotel's service, dining options, and comfortable accommodations, the per capita cost is quite good, making it a comfortable option for both casual leisure and small gatherings. 💁‍Service: Warm, thoughtful, and attentive The staff were very friendly and proactively greeted children. When I needed a screwdriver to open my toy car, the front desk staff, though unable to find one, patiently helped me with a knife. This thoughtful service was truly touching. 💗Other Tips: Convenient surroundings, recommended for travel The hotel is located next to the Jiading moat and enjoys beautiful surroundings. Transportation is also convenient, with Jiading North Station on Line 11 accessible, and free parking is available. The spacious and safe first-floor lobby is a great place for children to play and relax. When traveling with friends, the setting is also perfect for taking photos and capturing moments together.

😍I stayed at the Sheraton Jiading Hotel in Shanghai this trip, and it was fantastic! The facilities were flawless, including a terrace and an indoor hot spring.
