The Elevators is the fastest elevator in the world, traveling at speeds up to 20.5 meters per second (approximately 45 miles per hour). Its took 8 years to build this tower and completed in 2015. The design of this building resembles of twisting shape, and adding Sustainability features such numerous green technologies, including wind turbines, rainwater collection, and a combined cooling, heating, and power system. Shanghai tower achieved LEED Certification: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum certification, highlighting its environmental and sustainability efforts. The observation deck is located on 118th for visitors to enjoy the panoramic views of Shanghai. The view is so beautiful and I was enjoy it. This tower also hosts office spaces, retail outlets and a luxury hotel, J-Hotel. #visitshanghai It’s fascinating to see the beautiful lights surrounding the city especially the view from the top🤩🤩🤩 We enjoyed every second of our time here. The lights are fantastic! The buildings are high that made me feel so little.😅This experience is one of the best we had. Everything is so amazing and lovely. it’s a romantic place to be with. It’s the best place you can ever be, Shanghai!

This view never gets old!

Top of Shanghai, Shanghai Tower, the 2nd tallest building in the world is a must see. It stands at an impressive 632m high. A pity the sky was not clear on this day. Be sure to choose a day with clean clear skies. I don't recommend the weekend, except Friday evening; this was at 6:30 p.m. so we got to see the west Bund lights come on at 7pm. The sky was smoggy so we didn't have the best sunset.

One of the biggest skyscrapers in Shanghai is the Shanghai Tower, located on The Bund. As well as being an attraction to view in itself, you can also take an elevator right up to the top to see some great views of Shanghai. There are informative displays to let tourists know about the area of Shanghai that they are looking at as well as information about the construction of the building. The world's fastest elevator can take you to this 546-meter-high observatory where you will have a 360 degree bird's-eye view of Shanghai's renowned buildings, natural beauties and ever-changing sky. This is a better view compared to the Oriental Pearl Tower or Jin Mao tower. I arrived at sunset to capture the Oriental Pearl Tower and Jin Mao Tower sparking in the sunlight. Shanghai Tower (2nd tallest in the world)

Visiting the Shanghai Tower was pretty impressive, and the views were good. The price is a little bit expensive, even though you take the fastest elevator in the world and get to experience an amazing view from the 118/119 floor. There are a few restaurants where you can buy food and drinks. I would recommend you do it late in the afternoon to experience great views and lights.

The library isl nNamed “Books over the clouds”, the This place offers a store is a small culture complex with seven different functions, including bookstore, lecture room, exhibition, coffee, dessert and light meal. The location is quite convenient as it is in the hearth of the city's down town. The recommended sightseeing time is between one to two hours. Beautiful surroundings, impressive architecture are two characteristics that make worthy to visit this place. Tucked away halfway up the Shanghai Tower, this beautiful book store is a hidden gem and an excellent way to see the stunning city skyline 💎 Accessible from inside the tower, you can enter the book store and adjacent cafe to enjoy these beautiful views⛅️🌤 Drink some coffee or tea in the attached restaurant and chill here while you walk around, taking in both views of Pudong and Puxi from above⭐️ While entrance to the book store is free, you should make a reservation to visit in advance to ensure that your spot is safe! The best view of Shanghai

On a clear day you can see incredibly far from the Shanghai tower. It is great fun to stand at the top and try and spot some of the famous sights and streets and maybe even your own home. The ticket price is a little expensive at 160rmb each but well worth it. It is best to try and plan to go on a clear day. It doesn’t feel worth the money when you can’t see very far. The attraction is really well managed, the tickets are easy to pick up and you are then ushered through security and on to a super fast elevators which take you to the top. Once at the top there is a 360 Degree view. You can walk around any side of the tower. There is a bar/ café which we didn’t try and a shop for gifts. Shanghai tower is a must visit for Shanghai, it will always be the biggest and best view and can easily take 2 hours.

Duoyun Books 📚 is a fairly new hotspot located in the tallest building in the city, the Shanghai Tower. With floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll be able to browse through over a collection over 60,000 books and catch views of the Huangpu River skyline. When you get there, enter the Shanghai Tower from entrance 2 on the first floor. Show your online reservation code, and the attendant will escort you to the 52nd floor where you’ll enter the bookstore. The store itself is separated into two sections, each with a distinct design and atmosphere. With natural light coming in from the huge windows, the white section feels airy and bright, fitted with arched shelves and stacks of books. Further inside is the cave-like black section, where you’ll find art displays and a selection of gifts among the books. If you’re lucky enough to visit on a day with nice weather, be sure to try and snag a window seat – the views are pretty amazing. The bookstore has a café where one drink will set you back around 30 to 40 RMB. It tends to get pretty full on the weekends, so we recommend going during the week if you’re looking for a more peaceful, quiet bookstore experience. A lot of people are here for shopping in order to consume, so there are not many people in this exhibition hall, but the quality of the exhibition is quite high. The explanations of the employees are cut from the cultural perspective and are in line with the theme of the National Belt and Road. A lot of treasures are rare to see, the prototype of the Mogao Grottoes in the early, middle and late three special caves is unforgettable.
