Aura serves dishes with a strong French flavor. Starting from the starter, it is remarkable and impressive! The chewy texture of the French baguette has a particularly lingering taste after it comes into contact with the spiced butter. Paired with a sip of table wine, a French cold cut platter, and pickled mushrooms, your taste buds are awakened step by step. The main course is a portion of sea bass paired with lemon and two flavors of cauliflower. The sour and sweet taste of the lemon brings out the refreshing taste of the sea bass. As for the cauliflower part, you can taste two flavors in one dish, and the feeling of superposition is quite magical. For the main course, another colleague chose slow-cooked beef shank in red wine. The beef shank was also very tasty, wrapped in rich red wine sauce and gravy, and served with a series of side dishes such as mushrooms, bacon, and roast potatoes. The delicious taste of the whole mouth bursting with juice plus the solid and full feeling of fullness, everyone praised it~ The dessert of rum baba with blood orange jam and vanilla ice cream was also very impressive. It was refreshing but not overly sweet, and the texture melted in your mouth, making you salivate with pleasure. My female colleagues all said that they had two stomachs. Even though they were already full after the main course, they still couldn’t resist the temptation of this dessert. As for drinks, as a cloud-top tavern located in Lujiazui, I would say that AURA Lobby Lounge and Jazz Bar is really cost-effective. The 5 cocktails for HKD298 per person is Aura’s new wine flight package, which includes five glasses of carefully selected wines from French wineries. Personally, I love Lafite-Demous dry whites. It has a fruity taste. The first thing you smell is a fresh musky aroma. In your mouth, the refreshing aromas of a series of fruits such as lemon and peach collide with each other. I think it is very suitable for ladies like me who don’t drink much to taste it and enjoy a little~ For red wine, I would recommend Sansai dry red. The color is very beautiful when it enters the glass, with a rich pomegranate red color and a strong fruity aroma. The taste is very mellow and smooth. It leaves a lingering fragrance on the lips and teeth after one sip. Both men and women who like fruity aromas can try it~

Scena is a stunning Italian Restaurant located in the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai-Pudong with a breathtaking panorama of the iconic Bund. A 6pm seating offers a viewing of the sunset while watching the restaurant transform from day to night, with glistening decor and lighting ideal for an intimate evening. Dinner was divine. It included Handmade Ravioli stuffed with Lamb, Artichokes, and Pecorino Cheese Fondue, Baked Herb Chicken with Roasted Potatoes, and “Alaska on Fire”. The ravioli was amazing; I almost ordered 2 portions! The chicken was succulent and seasoned to perfection. Dessert was sweet and creamy with a light crisp.
