Despite the crowds of tourists, traffic, and countless selfie-taking spectators, it's definitely worth spending at least a few days on this wonderful island of Bali. 👍🏻👍🏻 Our best advice is to stay on the island for at least two or three days. In our opinion, that's the only way to truly appreciate the beauty of this incredible destination. Plus, you can explore the sights without the crowds of day-trippers. 🥰😆 This is another place we highly recommend if you're traveling to Bali. It's truly beautiful, and the surrounding atmosphere is simply amazing. Another tip: if you're going to Nusa Penida, you should have a guide to drive you, as the road between the beaches is quite treacherous, with ravines all around. 😆😆 To get to the island, you need to take a boat from Sanur Port on Bali. Please allow extra time for travel. ⏰ Opening/Closing Hours: Open 24 hours a day. However, the ferry terminal for transportation to the island may have specific opening and closing times. #OverseasTravel 📍 Ceres Springs Resort Most resorts in Bali with great views are located in remote areas north of the city center. But Ceres Springs Resort is located slightly south of downtown Ubud and is about a 20-30 minute drive from the Ubud Royal Palace. This accommodation offers hotel rooms and pool villas. And the accommodation itself is quiet. I personally liked that the pool wasn't crowded. With the same view, the space is divided into two areas, so it didn't feel crowded. I wanted to experience staying in a private villa in Bali without spending too much, and this place was perfect. It’s tucked deep inside Ubud, away from the town and city bustle, giving it a peaceful, secluded vibe. The villa only has four rooms, which makes it feel exclusive and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I absolutely loved the modern, trendy design. The swimming pool was clean, and the bathtub was another highlight — with strong water pressure and hot water, no worries at all about it being too slow or not warm enough. They also provide complimentary tea time and breakfast, which was a lovely touch. I never once regretted booking this villa. The only minor downside is that there’s no restaurant right nearby. The receptionist told us it’s about 10 minutes away. Going downhill by bicycle to the restaurant was great fun, but coming back uphill was quite tiring.
