Autumn is the season for good food. I love autumn because I love mushrooms and wild vegetables. Grilled foods and rice dishes are good, but tempura is also the best. This time I visited Sakuratei in Ageo City. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kita-Ageo Station. (3-11-2 Nakazuma, Ageo, Saitama 362-0072 Business hours are from 11:30 to 20:00, and the friendly owner is always there to serve you. Our proud fresh soba noodles are extremely smooth, and the bonito broth is the best. The seasonal tempura that comes with it was Maitake mushrooms on this day.
