This time I visited Sakuratei in Ageo City. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kita-Ageo Station. Our proud fresh soba noodles are extremely smooth, and the bonito broth is the best. The seasonal tempura that comes with it was Maitake mushrooms on this day.
