La Couronne (The Crown) is a must visit when in Rouen as the oldest restaurant of France. And the restaurant has kept the interior true to the times. The interior is very authentic with all the photographs of famous people and the design itself. Some critisize it but it is obvious that the owners put thought in it to look as is, instead they make sure that the dinnerware and glassware are top-branded which proves the point.

A bit tiring to walk uphill which took about 30mins walk from the city centre. But it DEFINITELY WORTH IT. The view is stunning in the golden hour. The sun shines will heal all your tires. Believe me, please go up to take a look of the city view of Rouen otherwise you gonna regret. I went there in November so its a bit cool and super windy up there. Bring enough clothes with you for the good view. :)
