We paddled halfway, so we turned back. We didn't want to give up because we didn't know how far it would be to the other side. 🛶 But when we looked back at the map, we knew we'd be on the other side once we made it past the curve. I'll cry, lol. Next time, I'll try again. I have to thank the hat from the auntie at the boat rental shop for saving my skin.
