The Feeling is Very Refreshing and Relaxing.
Yehliu is a cape on the north coast of Taiwan. It’s known for Yehliu Geopark, a landscape of honeycomb and mushroom rocks eroded by the sea. Well-known formations named for their shapes include the Queen’s Head and Dragon’s Head. The park is also home to birds such as ospreys and little egrets. In the village of Yehliu, the elaborate, 19th-century Baoan Temple was built using materials from an abandoned boat. ― Google

The most distinctive differential erosion landscape.
#Taipei Attractions
The Queen's Head is the most famous landmark of Yehliu Geopark👸. It is the most distinctive differential erosion landscape, named because it resembles the profile of the late Queen Elizabeth, with a striking similarity from the massive crown to the slender neck😚.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the crowded tourist area to the Queen's Head🤭. Many tourists line up to take photos, with a queue of nearly 30 people at all times, as there is a best viewing angle. However, due to the intense sunlight, I didn't want to wait🌞, so I took a side shot to mark my visit and then went on to explore other oddly shaped rocks, letting my imagination run wild🌌.

Queen’s Head hiking
The reason why this hiking trail destination is called Queen’s Head is because the iconic rock formation actually looks like the shape of Queen Elizabeth’s head. Along the trail, you will also see various other rock formations in this geological park. Do note that it can be quite windy at times so bring along a windbreaker and lots of water.
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
