While the air in the new room was good, the bed is of the same quality as in the old room: mostly wire mesh/spring coils with no proper mattress support, collapsing easily and causing body aches. The blanket is too thin to keep warm at night. I recommend the hotel promptly inspect and improve the beds and basic amenities to ensure that the accommodation meets the expected quality standards. ：It's good that the toilet is clean and fresh without any peculiar smell.

We appreciate the hotel's arrangement of a triple room for us, but there were serious issues with our stay. The room had a noticeable sewer odor, especially after the bathroom air conditioner was turned off. The odor quickly spread throughout the room, causing poor air quality. This problem has seriously affected the health of the guests, who have experienced breathing discomfort and wheezing at night and have to wear a mask to sleep every night. We recommend that the hotel immediately conduct a comprehensive inspection and rectification of the sewer and ventilation systems to ensure the basic health and accommodation experience of the guests.

Before, the towel was tattered and could not be washed off with some blood and semen. I stayed for a while because I was close to the place where I worked.Feedback that I have received a new towel with good quality. Is it right to absorb it cleanly? Otherwise, the price of living is on the high side, which is similar to that of high-end restaurants.

have been staying in this room for almost six months, and overall, my stay has been pleasant. However, the toilet leakage and persistent bathroom odor remain unresolved. I previously reported this issue, and I was informed that repairs would be scheduled as part of the ongoing renovations. However, it has yet to be fixed. The dripping water at night disrupts my sleep, and the odor affects my living conditions. I kindly request that repairs be arranged as soon as possible or that a temporary solution be provided. I also understand that long-term hotel stays in Sibu are hard to secure, and currently, this is the only hotel offering such accommodations. Because of this, a room change is an important request for me. I was previously told that no rooms were available, but I noticed that several rooms are still listed in the system. Therefore, I hope you can consider adjusting my room assignment or expediting the repairs to improve my living environment.

Living in the room on the ground floor is very convenient, and you can go in and out freely. You don't have to worry about going up and down the stairs with more luggage, which saves a lot of trouble.
