It's surprising that there is such a beautiful ranch in Shenzhen, it's like being in a fairy tale world!
Qiniang Mountain Ranch, I was really amazed by the beautiful scenery here! 😍 Under the blue sky and white clouds, the green grass is lush, and herds of cattle and sheep are leisurely grazing, like a beautiful painting. 🌈
Not only is the scenery picturesque here, but there are also many photo-worthy check-in points. 📸 White long benches, blue cars, green buses... every corner can take beautiful photos. 👗
Playing in the stream by the creek, the water is clear and cool. 👣 There are also camping sites and hiking trails near the ranch to meet different play needs. 🏕️
If you are also tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, then you must come to Qiniang Mountain Ranch to experience the beauty of nature. 🐾

Mount Qiniang| Nice hike and views
Mount Qiniang(七娘山), located in Dapeng Peninsula, is the second highest mountain in Shenzhen with 869 meter height and 7 peaks. Most visitors get started at the 大鹏半岛国家地址公园 entrance. It's all the way up with stairs, very tiring though but stunning views from the observation decks of Jiaochangwei(较场尾), Xichong(西冲) and some ancient rocks. While the way down is wild trail with a few climbs, which is my favorite, especially the last 1-2 km with all the small bamboos, can't be more relaxing!
🎟:🆓, health code is required for entrance

🌱Route 1: Geopark Bus Station ➡️ Viewing Platforms 1-4 ➡️ Main Peak Viewing Platform ➡️ Return the same way. This is the most suitable route for beginners to climb the mountain. There are stairs along the way, which is relatively easy.
🌱Route 2: Geopark Bus Station ➡️ Bogong'ao ➡️ Main Peak Viewing Platform ➡️ Viewing Platforms 1-4 ➡️ Geopark Bus Station. This is a small loop, which is slightly more difficult and requires the use of both hands and feet.

This place is so beautiful! A stunning 360° panoramic sea view
Today's share—Qiniang Mountain in Shenzhen
-
With an elevation of 869 meters
It is the second highest peak in Shenzhen
Just after Wutong Mountain🏔️
-
Recently, Shenzhen has had frequent rainy days, and although I took advantage of the sunny weather, there was still too much fog at the summit🌫️
There are four viewing platforms along the way, and five summit platforms at the top
The view from the top is really beautiful, where you can look out over Dongxi Chong, and even see the observatory
-
🔵Little tips:
There are many mosquitoes on the mountain, remember to spray mosquito repellent in advance, and pay attention to sun protection at the summit⛱️, otherwise it's easy to get sunburned and turn dark🌚
The peaks shuttle through the endless sea of clouds, and the scenery changes in an instant, so be careful when taking photos
Although the scientific research path is only 3km in total, it is almost all uphill and tiring, so if you're not physically fit, pay attention to your pace😫
The ridge path can cross the Dayan Top, but the recent frequent rains have caused the path to be overgrown with wild grass🌿 and it is not suitable for crossing

Qiniang Mountain, originally a place where fairies descended to the mortal world! Yangmeikeng, originally a place where the movie 'Mermaid' was filmed!
From the downtown area of Shenzhen to Qiniang Mountain and Yangmeikeng, here's a two-day and one-night travel guide!
Qiniang Mountain Luliao Mountain Villa Yangmeikeng
⏳Travel Time:
On the first day, we went to Qiniang Mountain first. We set off from the downtown area in the morning, took the subway and then the E11 bus.
We started climbing at about 12:30 pm, and it took roughly over three hours to reach the summit. Because there was heavy fog at the summit, the security guards started to send people down at 4 pm. So we had to descend the same way we came up.
On the second day, we took a boat to Luliao Mountain Villa, which is the filming base for Stephen Chow's 'Mermaid'. The round trip by boat is very quick. Basically, the round trip and sightseeing time takes about one hour.
In the afternoon, we took a car back to the downtown area.
🚉Transportation Tips:
You can take the E11 bus, which costs 10 yuan, to the Xin Da Bus Terminal, and then it's very convenient to take a taxi to the entrance of Qiniang Mountain or Yangmeikeng. (Since we needed to go to the homestay to drop off our luggage first, we took a taxi directly to the homestay.)
🌟Highlights:
Qiniang Mountain:
Legend has it that seven fairies visited here and were so enchanted by the scenery that they refused to return to heaven, thus turning into seven peaks. It took us over three hours to climb the mountain, and we didn't cross Dayan Top because there were security guards sending people down from the mountain in the afternoon, and safety is the most important!
Yangmeikeng:
The tranquil coastline makes one forget that this place is actually in Shenzhen. Every time I come to the calm seaside, listening to the rhythmic and undulating sound of the waves, I can't help but let my mind wander and my body relax. This is indeed rare for Shenzhen's working population.
📝Note tips:
1. It's best to start climbing Qiniang Mountain in the morning, not in the afternoon like we did. The morning sun is not as intense, and there is ample time to cross Dayan Top. However, it is really tiring because it's all stairs. It took us over five hours to go up and down the mountain. Highlight!!! There are no supply points on the mountain, so bring enough water and food!!!!
2. When going to Luliao Mountain Villa, there are many people selling boat tickets, usually around 50 yuan per person for a round trip. However, you can bargain, and you can generally get a round trip for about 30-40 yuan per person!
3. The nearby dining options are not recommended. When traveling, just make do with what you can find.

Set off for a light hike to Shenzhen's most beautiful mountain and sea, Qiniang Mountain's Dapeng Top
Dapeng Top
Located at the southern tip of Shenzhen's Dapeng Peninsula, with an altitude of 801 meters, it is the third highest peak in Shenzhen and one of the most beautiful mountains.
Dapeng Top has 5 viewing platforms, each offering a different view. The mountain peaks are connected, the sky is azure, the sea is deep blue, and the fantastical white clouds belong
to the continuous Qiniang Mountain range. Enjoy the superb, five-star, unbeatable sea view as you stroll through the high mountain meadows, capturing the beauty between the mountains and the sea, and gaze upon the most beautiful scenery.
◆Location: Shenzhen Dapeng Top
Journey: About 3.5h by self-driving from Guangzhou
◆Navigation: Yangmeikeng Parking Lot
◆Parking: Charged
tIps:
Due to the proximity to the parking lot, it is very likely to get congested. If there is a traffic jam, it is recommended to park at other parking lots. There are approximately 3 parking lots in sight.
Route: Single line◆tips:
Parking lot--Coastal Road--Take the sightseeing bus--Walk 200 meters past to see the mountain entrance--Ascend on a flat road--First/Second/Third viewing platform--Descend the same way--Hike through Yangmeikeng/Seaside plank road--Parking lot
Starting with the sightseeing bus can save a lot of time, 13.8 yuan per person for a one-way trip, it only takes 10 minutes to arrive. After descending, hike the seaside plank road to enjoy the sea view, as it gets very crowded with people going up the mountain after noon.
Distance: 10km. Time: About 6h, Admission: Free, Toilets: Available, Supplies: Available
Photo spot recommendations: Coastal Road, Seaside plank road, Mountain sea view

A great place for hiking in Shenzhen is the brave ascent of Qiniang Mountain, where you can get up close and personal with nature
Shenzhen's Dapeng Qiniang Mountain
A mysterious and charming hiking sanctuary⛰️
Hiking Qiniang Mountain in the early spring
Is like being in a magnificent painting.
Starting from the Dapeng National Geopark, this route is quite steep, but the beautiful forest scenery along the way is enchanting. The earthen steps are well arranged, testing your physical strength while providing spots to rest and enjoy the view. At an altitude of 490 meters, there is a viewing platform where you can overlook the entire valley, feeling as if the whole world is beneath your feet🏞️
The total hiking distance is seven kilometers, taking about 2-3 hours to complete. Although it can be tiring, the satisfaction and joy in your heart are beyond words. Here, you not only have the beautiful natural scenery but also a rich cultural heritage.
🚶Route: Dapeng National Geopark—Mountain Stone Path—Qiniang Mountain Main Peak—Return the same way
⚠️tips:
1️⃣The mountain stone path is quite primitive, pay attention to safety
2️⃣There are no shops along the hiking route, so bring your own water and dry food
3️⃣Wear flat shoes for outdoor hiking, be aware of the weather conditions, and protect against rain and sun
🚗Transport: Self-drive or take a bus to the entrance of Dapeng National Geopark

Those who want to try this route must be well prepared. We encountered a snake as soon as we started climbing, which was a close call, but the snake was also frightened and slipped back into the grass. Along the way, we heard the sound of snakes moving through the grass.
The dirt path should only be attempted by those who have some physical fitness background, otherwise it will become more challenging later on. A hiking stick is a must-have.
The beginning of the trail is relatively flat and easier to walk, but it gets steeper as you go. There will be parts where you need to use both hands to climb rocks, so definitely do not wear shorts; it's important to protect yourself.
Hiking gear: sports long pants (preferably with elastic ankles), long socks, hiking shoes (there are many fine sands and stones later on that can be slippery), hiking stick, quick-dry shirt, long-sleeve sports jacket, gloves (to protect your hands during rock climbing), electrolyte water (make sure to bring enough; I brought three bottles but it was not sufficient for the climb, there are about three water-selling boxes on the mountain, but they are not always available and the price starts at 10 yuan per bottle), snacks and dry food, backpack, outdoor headlamp, medicine, mosquito repellent.
I descended the mountain at night, and people start to be urged to descend around 4:30 pm. Those who want to climb the dirt path should start early, preferably before 12 pm. The total distance this time was close to 8 kilometers, and it took 6.5 hours to climb.
The scenery is beautiful, but the leg pain is real. If possible, bring a knee protector, because the descent is really enjoyable, with beautiful scenery suitable for tourism and leisure.

Let's go hiking in Shenzhen this weekend! Let's go to the mountains! To places with mountains and seas!
Hello everyone! I am Little Duck!
The weather in Guangdong is so comfortable now!
Take advantage of the sunny day to go outdoors!
I've always liked the scenery of Dapeng in Shenzhen~
So this week we're going to Qiniang Mountain for hiking!
📌Location
Dapeng Qiniang Mountain
→If you drive by yourself, navigate to "Dapeng Geological Museum", get off the car and walk to the lawn camping site, you can go up the mountain after registering at the check station. There are many staff nearby, you can ask them~
🎫Cost:
Tickets: Free
⏰Time:
Business hours: 6:00-16:00.
⚠️A strange thing: We reached the top at 4 o'clock, wanted to go to the first peak but were stopped by the security guard, the security guard said that we could not go up after 4 o'clock, we asked that it should take about 10 minutes to go back and forth, right? But the security guard disagreed, so we went to other places to play. If you want to reach the first peak, it's safer to arrive before 4 o'clock~
Play time:
3 hours up the mountain→1 hour play at the top of the mountain→1.5 hours down the mountain
⚠️But we walked for 20 minutes on the night road when we came down the mountain, we started climbing at 13 o'clock, it's safer to start climbing before 12 o'clock~
🎈Mountain climbing strategy:
1️⃣Route
There are stone steps all the way, follow them and you won't get lost; there will be dirt roads on the side, it will save some effort to go up the mountain.
2️⃣Road conditions
The slope is not small, and the steps are made of rubble, which is not very stable and tiring to walk!
3️⃣Scenery
→The road is blocked by plants on both sides; the view from the three viewing platforms is relatively open, but the scenery is not very special;
→The scenery on the top of the mountain is not bad, the view of Xichong Beach is very good; the view from the main viewing platform is very open, the steps are very distinctive!
→But the naked eye is relatively far away, the 105 focal length I brought is not enough to shoot~
→There is more dust in autumn, it's not very clear on the top of the mountain~
4️⃣Supplies
→There are no toilets after entering the mountain, no water and food for sale, remember to bring supplies!
The series of traveling all over Guangdong from Shenzhen on weekends will continue to be updated! Remember to come and see if you are interested~

Shenzhen's Most Beautiful Mountain Peak Guide|| The beloved and hated Qiniang Mountain
Qiniang Mountain has always been a favorite among outdoor enthusiasts in Shenzhen. It's truly beautiful, but also truly exhausting. Although its altitude is not as high as Wutong Mountain, it's much harder to climb. Its majestic figure occupies more than half of the Dapeng Peninsula, surrounded by sea on three sides, with clouds and mist rolling all year round. It's the mountain peak with the highest probability of cloud sea in Shenzhen. The mountain top is composed of a series of continuous peaks. The steep and huge mountain body is topped by relatively gentle and open grass slopes. When the sea of clouds rises, it's very much like Wugong Mountain. Interested friends can bookmark this and take the opportunity to experience it.

🌈🌈🌈
Things you must know before you go:
1️⃣ Qiniang Mountain is surrounded by sea on three sides and has a huge mountain body. The weather is changeable, and the chances of sea of clouds | rain are unpredictable. There are very few places to shelter from rain on the mountain, so be sure to bring an umbrella just in case.
2️⃣ The path is all steep stone steps, much harder to climb than Wutong Mountain. It takes about 5 hours for an average person to go back and forth. Be sure to bring a hiking stick (those with bad knees should not go).
3️⃣ There are no restrooms, no supplies, and no street lights on the mountain. The regular route is the main peak scientific research line. There are many wild paths, but they are all difficult to walk. There is no way to take shortcuts (only the entrance has restrooms and water for sale).
4️⃣ Climbing is prohibited in rainy or other extreme weather conditions. Under normal circumstances, uphill is prohibited after 4 pm.
5️⃣ The Qiniang Mountain mentioned here and the often mentioned Dayan Top and Wanglang Return are not the same mountain. In a broad sense, they all belong to the Qiniang Mountain Range, but they are very far apart. Hiking novices should not try to cross the seven major lines alone, it's very dangerous. Those who don't like to walk back can try the route: Shanghengang Village ~ Bogongao ~ Yanhuitou ~ No.3 Three Top Platform ~ Main Peak Top Platform ~ Main Peak Scientific Research Line ~ Geological Park
📍Address: Qiniang Mountain Main Peak Scientific Research Line
🚌Bus: Get off at the terminal of E11 and walk 2km (or transfer to M423 and get off at Geological Park Station)
🚙Self-driving: Gaode Navigation "Xindadu Resort Parking Lot"
⏰Best check-in time: October ~ April
