Fuzhou Puzhu Temple was built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It is located in Huanhou Mountain and has 500 Arhat stone statues. These stone statues overlook the Minjiang River and Langqi Island, making it a pilgrimage site for the people of Binhai Liming to pray for peace.

Transportation: Driving is recommended, as taking Metro Line 6 and transferring to a bus is more complicated.

500 Arhat Statues on the Mountain: Located on the right-hand side of the mountain road after entering the main gate, the rain adds to the atmosphere, making it suitable for light hiking. Along the way, you can see many Arhat stone statues with different faces and gestures, which are extremely impressive and show the ingenuity of the craftsmen of the time.
Journey to the West Stone Statues: The stone statues of Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, Sha Wujing, and Tang Sanzang are lifelike and stand in the temple, adding a multicultural touch to the temple.
Houyu Forest Park: Located near the entrance, it is connected to the Arhat statues on the back mountain. This is a niche park with few tourists, mostly villagers, and is very suitable for light hiking.
Nine Carp and He Xianjun: This is a Taoist statue site, where you can see various Taoist statues along the way, and even alchemy furnaces from the last century. The large group of statues demonstrates the temple's openness and inclusiveness, making it a Buddhist holy place where Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism are integrated.
Three-Faced Guanyin Statue and Thousand-Hand Guanyin Statue: At the entrance, the Three-Faced Guanyin Statue and Thousand-Hand Guanyin Statue are majestic and spectacular. There is a carp pond below, similar to Fuzhou Wanfo Temple.
The Nine-Dragon Wall is also located in the temple, showing unique artistic charm.
Three Buddhas on the Mountain Top: Continue climbing along the mountain road where the 500 Arhat statues are located, and you will reach the top of the mountain, where you can see the magnificent view of the Three Buddhas overlooking the Minjiang River and Langqi Island.
