Near the Langqi Bridge, you can see the stone monument and archway of Puzhu Temple. Don't look at the facade, the scenery inside is very beautiful. The area of Puzhu Temple is very large, and the entire back mountain is its scenic spot. Walking into the gate of Puzhu Temple, you can see the scenery in the mountains and listen to the gurgling of the stream, which is calming. The back mountain is known as the "Five Hundred Arhats Mountain". A winding rock climbing road leads directly to the top of the mountain. There are hundreds of Arhat stone sculptures enshrined on both sides of the road. The layout of the stone statues is unique, depending on the height and gentleness of the mountain, the size and flow of the spring, the area of the gap and other conditions, according to local conditions, carefully arranged, and the natural landscape and artificial scenery are harmonious and unified. Hundreds of bluestone Arhats are about the same height and size as real people. They are meticulously crafted and lifelike. Some are practicing Zen, some are teaching scriptures, some are meditating, some are practicing boxing, some are working, letting dizzying. Among the stone statues of Arhat, there are also stone statues of tigers, leopards, lions, elephants and other birds and animals scattered among them. Climbing to the top of the mountain behind the temple, you will have a panoramic view of the boundless sea.
