(If you're on a budget, staying in Xintiandi is indeed not cheap, but staying at the Pullman here in Dapuqiao is very cost-effective) The hotel has been open for quite a while, but the facilities are well maintained. There are various USB charging ports added to the bedside, and there are universal sockets on the desk. The wardrobe space is large, and the stay feels very ok. Breakfast is on the B1 floor, with both Chinese and Western styles. There is a 'robot' at the front desk that can deliver meals to the guest room door.
