I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Sanya Bay hotel for ten days and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean and a tranquil atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind and relax. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Ohad the Manager who was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and I really appreciated his personal touch. The customer-facing staff were also fantastic, with Kevin and Eva in particular standing out for their professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and to help with anything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant staff also deserve a special mention for their exemplary service. They were always courteous and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was particularly impressed by the variety of options available and the quality of the dishes on offer. Of course, I can't forget to mention the housekeeping staff who did an amazing job of keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. They were always prompt and efficient, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Finally, I have to say that the entertainment team at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They put on some amazing shows, including a New Year's Eve gala that was truly unforgettable. I was thoroughly impressed by their talent, energy and enthusiasm, and I really enjoyed the evening entertainment they provided. Overall, I can't recommend the Pullman Sanya Bay hotel highly enough. The staff, the facilities and the atmosphere all combined to make my stay truly unforgettable, and I can't wait to come back again soon. Getting There - 15min from Sanya Airport (very convenient) Attractions - near by by taxi (didi) you can easy arrive to the most of them hotel also provide some free shuttle to some places like.the ' duty free market' Hotels - Pullman is very well served in terms of facilities (doesn't mater if yiu come.as.family or just couple) you can enjoy the swimming pools, the 5 min by foot to the beach, SPA is amazing good (recommend), lots of activities to keep your kids busy ...and you freeeeee 🤫...hahahaha Food & Restaurants - the restaurant in the hotel are good, breakfast is plenty on variety. Anyway on 15min around you have a lot of local restaurant arround with great food and flavored (by a regular price) from local food to Thai food and ofcourse for the non locals you have all the tipical wester fast foods....hahaha (we skip it).😀 Shopping - Well if you are a addict shoping freak don't worry, you can found paradise here also ,hahahah, Duty free market (there's more then.one) can make you very happy ...hahaha beside this there are several shopping malls in a circle of 20 min by car. This holiday was my first visit to the hotel chain "Pullman". In my experience some hotel groups can be dissatisfying and poorly maintained. .. To my surprise Pullman Sanya Bay blew all my expectations away and ended up being our best stay in Sanya. From the moment we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome. The facilities and views from the hotel are truely spectacular. Just imagine the bluest water possible with lush green gardens. This hotel is older and the interior is mostly wood, but the upkeep and maintenance is well in tact. The workforce of pullman work hard and has maintained everything wonderfully. The swimming facilities are great. Multiple pools separating kiddies from adults ~ for us big bonus~ prefer the kiddies in a different pool and a heated pool. Other facilities include a private beach, spa, rooftop bistro, tennis court and photographers. My first experience staying at Pullman hotel in Sanya. this hotel was espectacular. we stayed in a private villa with private pool which was perfect for some privacy. the outdoor public pool is also nice, surrounded with some green make you feel in nature. blue sky and amazing food every morning with a huge selection of pastries, eggs, fruits, etc. I’m looking forward to come back to this hotel in the future. the location is great and close to Yalongbay area. Just discovered this amazing beach resort in Sanya Bay. Pullman Oceanview Resort is an amazing hotel with great food, beautiful beach and top notch friendly service. The bedrooms are well-appointed. We stayed in a two-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a huge balcony that overlooks the pristine blue ocean. The beach is clean and not crowded. They provide beach huts and towels. We went to Luhuitou Scenic Park - a 30 minute didi car drive from the hotel. Stunning and breathtaking views of Sanya Bay. Definitely worth visiting. I’m loving my beach life so far!! The hotel's exclusive access to the beach is very convenient, and we started playing as soon as we arrived. The beach is white and delicate, the waves gently lap the shore, and the endless blue sea stretches out into the distance. The scenery is breathtaking. 🍱 The hotel's food was really satisfying, and we ate there for all three days and two nights. The wide variety of dishes, whether local specialties or international cuisine, satisfied the whole family's tastes. Breakfast was varied, with fresh fruit and delicious bread, and every bite was full of happiness. 🌟 I have to mention the dreamy ocean-themed family room we stayed in, which was tailor-made for our family of twins! It was a perfect experience! 🌴💦 📍 Great location, easy to get around The hotel is located in a prime area of Sanya, less than 20 minutes from the airport 🚖, making it super convenient! It also has an underground passage leading directly to the beach, so you don't have to worry about crossing the road with your kids. It's safe and thoughtful. The Coconut Dream Corridor is within walking distance, and the scenery is stunning! 🏡 Family suite with sea view, comfortable and private I recommend the family suite, which has two bedrooms and two units per floor, making it quiet and private. We stayed in a sea view room on the 10th floor, and the huge balcony offered a panoramic view of the sea 🌊. It was pure bliss! The room was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning and soundproofing were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. 🎈 Plenty of family activities, the kids had a blast! • In the morning, there were mascot visits and fish feeding activities 🐟, which made the kids super happy. • The afternoon bubble party was super fun, full of laughter 🎉. • In the evening, you can catch crabs 🦀 and get close to nature. There is also an arcade, a play area, a heated pool, and a water slide, so the kids never want to go back to the room! 💼 Thoughtful and attentive service From check-in to room service, the staff was very enthusiastic and proactive, paying attention to every detail. The heated pool is super comfortable, so I don't have to worry about my baby catching a cold while playing in the water. The hotel also offers a variety of entertainment activities. My child had a great time at the kids' club, and I was able to enjoy the gym and spa to relax. ❤️ But what surprised us the most was the newly launched Dream Ocean Family Room! As soon as we opened the door, my child screamed with excitement. The room is decorated with ocean elements, but it's not the usual ocean theme. The hotel is right across from the Coconut Dream Corridor, and you don't have to cross the street or take a taxi. The hotel has an exclusive underground passage that leads directly to the beach. Take the elevator, walk a few steps, and you'll be at the famous Coconut Dream Corridor. 🌴🌴 The greenery around the hotel's garden is also very well done, making it feel very comfortable and pleasant. I came here on a friend's recommendation, with my husband and kids. The room was spacious and bright, with children's facilities, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I slept very well. I also want to praise the hotel's pool. There are four pools and a "small beach" pool, and the kids had a great time. I have to praise the parent-child activities, which are rich, varied, and fun. The kids had a great time, and the parents could relax and enjoy themselves. The food and beverage service is also good. I had breakfast in the morning, and it didn't disappoint me. I chose the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa, and after two days, I knew I made the right choice. I stayed in an ocean view room on a high floor, where I could see the sea from my bed. I traveled with my child, and the hotel has a lot of entertainment facilities, so my child had a great time, which was a relief for me. I have to mention the Cigar Bar on the 17th floor, which is perfect for a foodie like me who loves the sea. I was amazed when I got out of the elevator. The view is stunning, with an unobstructed view of the sea (see picture 2). The vast sea sparkles in the sunset, and the golden sunlight shines on the sea. You have to see it to know how beautiful it is. The afternoon tea is also very rich, with desserts, fruits, coffee, and drinks. You must try the coffee. Haha.
