Three Days and Two Nights in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province
💥An Awesome Three-Day, Two-Night Pingxiang Guide💥
🎈Hey friends, today I'm sharing a fantastic three-day, two-night travel guide for Pingxiang, including tips, and recommendations for local snacks and old restaurants.😎
🌈Guide:
👉Day 1:
In the morning, visit the Anyuan Road Mine Workers' Movement Memorial Hall (free admission) and experience the charm of red history. Then, check in at Anyuan Jinxiu Town (CNY 45). It's like traveling back to Anyuan in the 1920s and 1930s. In the afternoon, head straight to Mount Wugong by bus (CNY 70). I highly recommend taking the cable car up the mountain to save energy. Enjoy the stunning alpine meadows and ancient altar clusters on the mountain. Camp overnight and watch the bright starry sky.✨
👉Day 2:
Get up early to see the sunrise and sea of clouds on Mount Wugong. It's breathtaking! After descending the mountain, go to the Mount Wugong Huajianli Scenic Area (CNY 40). The modern agricultural landscape is amazing. After lunch, go to Xianfeng Sanbao Park. There are many fun projects, such as beaches and cute pet parks (CNY 30–198). In the evening, return to Pingxiang city for your stay and go to Wenhua Road Pedestrian Street for shopping and snacks.😋
👉Day 3:
Visit the Pingxiang Museum in the morning (free admission) to learn about the history and culture of Pingxiang. Then, stroll along Nan Zheng Street, experience the charm of the old street, and taste local delicacies such as Lotus Blood Duck. In the afternoon, go to the Autumn Harvest Uprising Square and experience the revolutionary atmosphere (free admission).💪
⚠️Important Notes:
🎈Pingxiang has a subtropical monsoon humid climate. The temperature on the mountain is low, so remember to bring warm clothes. The mountain climate is also humid, and clothes don't dry easily, so bring extra clothes.
🎈Gan dialect is mainly spoken in Jiangxi Province, but people in urban areas generally speak Mandarin, although not always standard Mandarin. Communication shouldn't be a problem.
🎈Swimming is prohibited in some scenic areas. Never swim in prohibited areas. Hot showers in some scenic area hotels are available at scheduled times. Check the availability times in advance.
🎈Pingxiang cuisine is spicy. If you can't eat spicy food, be sure to tell the waiter when ordering.😉
