Wangcong Temple is a cemetery and shrine to commemorate two famous monarchs of ancient Shu Kingdom, Wangdi and Congdi, who were buried together. Between the palaces and mausoleums, there are pavilions and pavilions such as "Tingjulou" built on the waterfront. There are more than 200 ancient cypress trees in and around the cemetery, which are lush and green. There are also sightseeing spots such as Ziyun Pavilion and Yangxiong Tomb near Wangcong Temple. The architectural style of Wangcong Temple is different from that of ordinary temples. The original shrine was built according to the plan of the Yuling Mausoleum in Kuaiji Mountain, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. The ancestral gate is not one-way open and one-way without a gate, but symmetrically opened into two east and west gates. Big characters: "Wang Cong Temple". Now the newly repaired door, as soon as you enter the door, you will see these three characters. The gardens in the temple are completely built according to Emperor Wang's intention to teach the people to work in agriculture and Emperor Cong to lead the people to control the water. The pavilions and pavilions are carefully arranged, and the layout is small and unique. In particular, the water in the pond is the running water of the Minjiang River, which is even more colorful. The Emperor's Mausoleum and the Cong Emperor Mausoleum confront each other in the Emperor Mausoleum Temple, which can be said to be the oldest Emperor Mausoleum in Sichuan.
