I went to Phi Phi Island, a remote island in Thailand. The ocean during the day and the sunset are spectacular! One of the best spots in Phi Phi to watch a panorama of Phi Phi Don or the sunset itself. Viewpoints 1 and 2 are defo worth a climb, due to the outlook for the two bays of Phi Phi Don. There's a lot of stairs though, I'd say 10-15 mins to go to the top is a reasonable time for quite a fit person (especially that on the way to viewpoint #2, you can stop to see the view from viewpoint #1, then the time will extend. Go there early to admire the views and wait for the sun to set. Rainy season makes it a bit more tricky but well, for us it was totally worth it. The fee to enter is 30 Thai bahts - as of July '23 to see Viewpoints 1&2, and there's also a possibility to see viewpoint #3 (another 30bahts) however I didn't do it myself. #viewpoint #panorama #phiphidon

Now that we've arrived at Koh Phi Phi Don, the first thing I want to tell you is, "You must" climb up to the Viewpoint! 🏝 The hike up may be a little sweaty, but along the way, there are shops selling cold drinks and relaxing spots to catch your breath. Once you reach the top... it's like the whole world has become a postcard before you! 🌊💙 The view from the top is truly breathtaking, with a full view of the curved bay on both sides of Koh Phi Phi Don. The crystal-clear water contrasts with the white sand, surrounded by lush green mountains. The cool breeze blows constantly, making you forget your fatigue instantly. Every angle is stunning, almost like you've applied a filter. Or, if you prefer to chill, find a quiet spot and enjoy watching the boats come and go. We recommend arriving in time for sunset 🌅, when the sky turns a romantic orange-pink. This trip to Phi Phi Islands was absolutely delightful. This was my second visit to Phi Phi, and I was impressed with the accommodation from the very first time. This time, it was just as amazing, if not even better 🫶🏻 We booked a sea-view room again because it’s absolutely worth it. The price is reasonable, and the view is priceless as always. Waking up in the morning, sitting on the balcony, and sipping coffee felt like a dream. The hotel’s boat was parked right in front of our room, offering stunning views of the mountains and the sea. But the highlight was the sunset view from the balcony 🥹 We booked a 3-hour island tour with the hotel. The waves were strong that day, but the boat and the driver were incredibly determined. Despite the conditions, the driver managed to find great viewpoints and stopped at islands for us to swim and see the coral reefs 🏝️🐠🐟 On the last day before heading back, we went up to the Phi Phi Island viewpoint together (a little tip: be prepared because the trail is quite steep and your legs will ache 😹). The view from the second viewpoint was beyond dreamy—absolutely stunning. However, the shops at the top are almost three times more expensive than those at the bottom of the island. It’s a good idea to bring your own supplies before starting the hike. Overall, this trip was fantastic and sweet as can be. Our go-to restaurant was Garlic, which has amazing dishes. My favorite is Khao Soi (a Northern-style curry dish served at a Southern restaurant, and it’s absolutely incredible). If we return, we’ll definitely revisit everything we loved 💝

This was the view from koh phi phi view point, the hike to the first point was up loads of stairs may be tricky for small children however definitely worth the walk up there as the view was stunning. The view point normally can be very busy from around 6-7pm so if you prefer to be up there alone would suggest getting up there in the morning, there is bar at the top where you can buy beer and other drinks, a must do when coming to phi phi !

It is a beautiful viewpoint of Koh Phi Phi. You can see trees, mountains, sea, and nature. You can see almost the entire island of Koh Phi Phi. The way up is both stairs and flat, with both steep and non-steep paths. It is tiring to get there. There are 2 viewpoints, but this is the second viewpoint. When you walk up, you will see a high-angle view of the entire island of Koh Phi Phi. It is very beautiful and makes you feel less tired. In the evening, there are quite a lot of tourists coming up to watch the sunset. At the viewpoint, there are both shops and restaurants. Restrooms are provided for tourists' convenience. Koh Phi Phi Viewpoint 2 is the hallmark of Phi Phi, climbing here you can see the entire small island and great views for 30 baht. The journey up isn't so difficult and it must do during staying in this island. The best time to visit is during the day or at sunset. Perfect place to take beautiful photos.
