Today I went to Central with my friends to try something new. I actually wanted to try the soufflé the most😛 First is the carrot shrimp pasta, which looks quite attractive, the orange-yellow rice grains look very appetizing. The rice grains are cooked al dente, the mouth is smooth and tough, the shrimp meat is crispy. The pistachio scallop pasta🍝 was quite a surprise, the pistachio sauce tasted rich, with a little salty, served with fried scallops. The pasta is moderately soft and hard, and the overall flavor is balanced quite well. For drinks, we ordered pistachio coffee and blueberry 🫐 soda. The taste of pistachio coffee is quite special, with both pistachio and coffee flavors prominent, not robbing each other of flavors. Blueberry soda is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
