Luxurious glamping in Akiyoshidai, a tourist attraction in Yamaguchi Prefecture 🏕️ Redondo Akiyoshidai is Yamaguchi Prefecture's first dome-shaped glamping site, opened in August 2022 📝 The spacious and stylish dome-shaped tents are very exciting 😍 It was a time when snow still remained, but the heating inside the tents was strong and comfortable enough to forget that you were in a tent ✨ There was a cottage next to each tent, and it had a refrigerator as well as a shower room 🥹 There was no problem of the toilet and shower room being far away, which is common in camping, so beginners could feel at ease 🔰 The BBQ for dinner was made with plenty of ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture and was very delicious 😋 - Yamaguchi Wagyu "Sankirameki" steak - Mutsumi pork sausage - Choshu chicken thigh grill There was also a fire pit in each tent, so we were able to relax while making s'mores 🔥 At night, we could enjoy the illuminations with music 🎼 The passageway leading to the tents was filled with glow-in-the-dark stones that absorb light and emit light, and they shimmered and looked fantastic 💎 Glamping and camping can be a pain because you have to carry a lot of things, but Redondo Akiyoshidai has a lot of free rentals, so it was a big help 😮💨 If you want to enjoy glamping in style and with ease, I highly recommend it 🫶 #Hotel review

🕯️ Akiyoshi Cave The largest and widest of the three major limestone caves in Japan There are souvenir shops and food stalls on the way to the entrance.ᐟ.ᐟ There is a spot inside the cave where you can look at old photos, and you can see that there was a huge line at the time. I visited Sonoda Coffee in Mine City, Oita. The coffee carefully brewed by the owner, the interior and decorations of the shop that are as exciting as Disneyland, the stylish sweets handmade by the owner that you can't find anywhere else Everything about this cafe is the best. At the roadside station Pompoko no Sato near the shop, you can enjoy cheap and delicious soba and udon. There's also a sauna nearby 🧖🧖 I had a fun holiday feeling the nature. There is a beautiful blue pond called Benten Pond in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Although it has the name Beppu in it, it's actually located in Yamaguchi! One of Japan's three major karsts, the clear blue water that springs from the karst plateau of Akiyoshidai is the beautiful Benten Pond. Recently, it has become famous as a power spot and has also been selected as one of Japan's 100 famous waters✨ The spring water is also used as drinking water, and there is a water supply station, so be sure to try it! Nearby, there are attractions like Akiyoshidai and Akiyoshido Cave, as well as camping sites, so it's recommended to include these in your sightseeing plans!

Limestone stretches across the highlands for about 8km, and this area is known as the Karst Road. A mysterious place created by magma activity or just a bunch of rocks? 　"Magura no Oiwago" is located in Okumankura, Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. From National Route 435 in Mine City, take National Route 37 towards Ube and it's about a 10-minute drive, and on your left you will see a large sign that says "Magura no Oiwago." 　It has been designated a national natural monument, but even some Yamaguchi residents may not know about it. Highlights: Akiyoshidai Quasi-National Park is served by a natural history museum, visitor centre, rest house, youth hostel and park headquarters building, and is traversed by a scenic roadway and several walking trails. The plateau consists of uplifted reef limestones of Paleozoic age, which were thickened by overfolding during the Akiyoshidai orogenic movement. Subsequent erosion has created an undulating karst landscape dimpled with many dolines and countless limestone pinnacles up to two meters in height.
