📝 Travel Preparation:
First, verify that your passport is valid for more than six months and apply for a Russian visa immediately. Don't forget to bring a copy just in case.
🌍 Second, purchase a local SIM card or activate international roaming, which is very useful for emergency contact or online navigation. Also, bring the appropriate plug adapter to meet Russian power outlet standards.
🗺️ For the attractions you plan to visit, it's also important to plan your itinerary in advance and book tickets. Russian museums and art galleries are not to be missed.
🧥 Since February in Russia is quite cold, pack heavy winter clothes, hats, scarves, gloves, and other winter clothing in your suitcase. Also, don't forget comfortable snow boots.
🍴 In Russia, you may try some new foods. To ensure food safety, consider bringing some disinfectant wipes and medicine. If the local food doesn't suit your taste, you can also bring some snacks.
📷 To capture the beauty of Russia, bring a camera or phone and make sure all device chargers are packed. Especially in cold weather, device batteries may drain faster.
💰 Finally, bring some cash and credit cards, which will come in handy for tips, shopping, and places that don't accept cards. Enjoy your trip to Russia!
