📍#香港 Hong Kong
Many people are traveling to Hong Kong these days, but I go to Hong Kong almost once every six months to eat.. I want to tell you about the authentic Hong Kong restaurants that I visit often because they are really delicious!!!!!
I've selected various types, from cha chaan teng to noodle dim sum restaurants!
I'll only list the delicious restaurants I've been to below, so if you have the right location, I highly recommend going there!! You won't regret it..!
#先滋先覺 Local cha chaan teng restaurant (cash only)
This is the cha chaan teng next to the famous Lan Fong Yuen Soho branch! I was going to go to Lan Fong Yuen during the Lunar New Year, but when I heard that it was closed for Lunar New Year, I tried to find another cha chaan teng, but there were no Koreans right next to me! There was a cha chaan teng restaurant that only locals frequent! So I went in and the first thing I noticed was that there was an English menu, which was really nice! Since it was cha chaan teng, I decided to try toast, so I ordered the most basic French toast, and it was really amazing
My friend who went with me also put off his order and ordered another French toast and ate it.. And they gave me some yori dang to sprinkle on it, and it was kind of fun(?) because it was a Korean product ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Recommended menu: 西多士 (French toast), 奶茶 (milk tea)
#沾仔記 Chim Chai Kee (cash, Octopus only)
This place is really famous.. Isn't it a wonton noodle restaurant that has been on the Michelin list for several years in a row.. When I first went to Hong Kong, I went once and thought it wasn't that great.. Michelin star..? I wanted to, but then on my next trip to Hong Kong, I suddenly wanted to eat it so badly that I went there.. and on my next trip and the trip after that.. It's a place I visit every time I go to Hong Kong.. Is it addictive like a drug?..
I have a combination that I eat every time I go..! I love the combination of shrimp wonton noodles and egg noodles..❣️ But if you don't like a chewy texture, I recommend choosing flat rice noodles!
And when I first went there, I wanted to try both beef and shrimp, so I ordered two toppings noodles, but honestly, the beef wasn't that great.. It felt like soybean meat.. The second post is a picture of the two toppings menu! Please refer to it!
Recommended menu combinations: King Prawn Wonton Noodle (Shrimp Wonton Noodle) - Yellow Noodle (Egg Noodle) / Flat White Noodle (Flat Rice Noodle) / Vermicelli (Thin Rice Noodle)
#華姐清湯腩 Sister Wa (Cash, Octopus, Alipay accepted)
This is a Michelin-starred meat noodle restaurant that seems to be getting more and more famous among Koreans these days! About 5 years ago..? I was walking around Victoria Park and got hungry, so I decided to go to a restaurant that locals go to! I ended up going to this noodle restaurant. When I first went there, there were Hong Kongers waiting in line.. It was a local restaurant.. This restaurant has become a must-visit restaurant every time I go to Hong Kong, but I have yet to meet a Korean at this restaurant! But it does come up often when I search! I think it's about to become famous among Koreans.. It's a shame..
This place is different from Chimchaiki in that the meat quantity is large and the quality is good.. The meat is really crazy.. The amount of noodles is large and the amount of meat is large...!! Since I can communicate to some extent in Chinese, I often asked the locals what they eat and they all recommended offal a lot.. They say it's a hidden offal restaurant behind the meat noodles or something.. But I haven't tried it yet.. I have to try it on my next trip.. I just have this mindset every time I travel..
By the way, you can also choose your noodles at this place!! If you don't ask, they serve flat rice noodles!
Recommended menu: Qingtang Beef Noodles (Beef Soup Noodles), Beef Tendon Noodles (Beef Tantan Noodles), Choo-choo Beef Noodles (Beef Curry Noodles), Qingtang Beef Sanbo Noodles (Beef, Beef Tendon, Beef Tripe Noodles), Fried Pork Bone (Pork Fries)
#一點心 Won Dim Sum (All Payments Accepted (May Vary by Location))
This place is very famous.. A Michelin dim sum restaurant in a chain
There's a reason why it's so delicious.. No matter which branch you go to, it's all delicious Won Dim Sum.. The store here is too small, and if you go at the wrong time, the waiting is tough, and the turnover isn't that fast, so I always get it to go and eat it on the stairs next to the bakehouse.. It's still deliciousㅠㅠ
Until 10:30 PM Since it's open for business, finish your schedule and go around 10 o'clock, pack it, and then go to the hotel and have a beer to end the day. Trust me...!!
