My first trip with Bamboo Airways was the best! First of all, it was around 40,000 yen round trip from Narita to Hanoi to Nha Trang. It's not a low-cost carrier, so it includes 25kg of checked baggage, has in-flight meals, and offers drinks including alcohol. There are plenty of power outlets at your feet. The restrooms are also clean. Other than the fact that the seats are as narrow as LCCs and there are no seat monitors, there was nothing to complain about. It seems that this was not the case in the spring, but transit passengers need to pick up their luggage at the international terminal, but they will take care of it right there, so there's no need to carry your suitcase to the domestic terminal! It seems like a given, but it wasn't there before, so it was the best service. Thanks to this, I was able to board the shuttle bus between terminals empty-handed (only a small bag). From Hanoi Old Town, we took a shuttle taxi to Noi Bai Airport. There was heavy traffic in the Old Town, so it took almost an hour in the end, so I think an hour is a safe guideline... I think a taxi on the street would be quite expensive... I recommend the shuttle taxi. The airport's exterior is modern. Inside, it was deserted and empty. It took 15 minutes, including check-in, immigration procedures, and the boarding gate!! And even though only one security line was open. We had plenty of time left, so we went to the lounge. Naturally, the lounge was empty too. There was a wide variety of food to choose from, so it's highly recommended. The plane was empty as well!!

You will see the lotte duty free shop, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops for you, while you are waiting for your flight. The lounge is at level two, with a lot of seats, and the variety of food is a lot, of course got free wifi for me to use.

The place is hidden in the alley and you just need to go all the way in and turn left at the dead end. It is a massage place by visually impaired individuals and have a red powder bath which truly helps my cellulite! The pressure and massage points were so on point!
