Head to Yangmingshan on a Sunny Day and Enjoy the Beauty of Nature
It's rare to have good weather all the way to the weekend in Taiwan! So, take the opportunity to visit Yangmingshan 😆!
Today, I will share a travel route to Yangmingshan 🗺. You can start from Jiantan MRT Station and take Bus 15 to the terminal station, Qingtiangang. There, you will see a super healing scene - water buffaloes basking in the sun and grazing leisurely, making you feel like life has slowed down 🐃.
Then, descend from Qingtiangang to Lengshuikeng Visitor Center. The scenery along the way is absolutely amazing 👍! You will pass by Lengshuikeng Ecological Pond, where the water is crystal clear and surrounded by green trees, full of natural atmosphere 🌳. There is also Milk Lake, where the water is a unique color, like milk, super dreamy 🥛. The whole journey takes less than an hour, and you can enjoy so much beautiful scenery, it's really worth it!
However, I must remind you ⚠️, the Juan Silk Waterfall Trail was damaged by a previous typhoon, so now you can only go down from Qingtiangang or Lengshuikeng. And you can't go any further when you reach the waterfall, you must return to Qingtiangang or Lengshuikeng to take the bus. I didn't know this, so I walked the same section of the road three times, it was really "sour" 😫.
So, here's a little suggestion 📣, be sure to take the bus from Jiantan Station, which is the starting station, and the bus will be full when you get on. There are so many people at the back stations, it's really hard to get on the bus, and if you can't get on the bus, it will affect your mood 😟.
Are you tempted by the beautiful Yangmingshan?
