One of the best places in Melbourne to visit.
Entry is free.. 😆Well maintained and located in the CDB area near to Flinders Street Station..
Divided into three floors, and each one is unique of a kind. Take around 1.5 hrs and you can click photos too. Inside, there is a cafeteria where you can have tea and some refreshment. There is a store at the ground where you can shop
All the arts, historical and painting are masterpieces and you won't regret visiting it.. You can skip visiting gardens, but not this place.

The KAWS exhibition, themed around "companionship in the age of loneliness", focuses on the emotional appeal of artwork. Held in the widely respected National Gallery of Victoria, it consists of four themes: 1. Public Interventions, 2. Iconography, 3. Order and Chaos, and 4. Companionship.

Victoria's Melbourne National Museum
Although the Melbourne Art Gallery in Australia is not as vast as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Louvre in France, or even the British Museum, it has its own unique features. The collection of oil paintings is not too small, focusing mainly on artifacts from various eras and periods. The design sense is also quite good. Melbourne's weather is very similar to Toronto's. Although many people think that Canada is at a high latitude and therefore very cold, it actually isn't, and the urban feel is quite similar, though with fewer people.

#melbournetrip "Captivating Art Collection and Inspiring Atmosphere’’
My visit to the NGV in Victoria was nothing short of mesmerizing. The diverse and extensive art collection left me in awe, showcasing a wide range of artistic styles and periods. The museum's commitment to fostering creativity is evident in its thoughtfully curated exhibits. The atmosphere is both serene and inspiring, making it a perfect escape into the world of art. My only minor critique would be to enhance the signage for a smoother navigation experience. Overall, a fantastic cultural gem deserving of a solid 4.5 stars!"

went to the national gallery of Victoria which is located in Melbourne Australia. the opening hours of the National gallery is 10am-5pm. the gallery is quite huge and pretty and there’s different exhibitions going on for you to explore. entry is free hence do not have to worry about cost if there is nothing you can do in Melbourne and would like to spend some time here. there’s also a cafe located inside of the gallery so you can have a meal here if you would like. in fact it was quite crowded when I went there. the Alexander McQueen exhibition is open on 11 Dec and would recommend to visit if possible. this will require a ticket and cost about $30 for non members.
