Sobo [Minshuku Seiryu] I went to a rural inn with a great view where you can hear the babbling of the river and eat wonderful food⭐️ All ingredients are locally produced✨ The owner trained in cooking both in Japan and abroad and serves creative kaiseki. Exciting dishes according to the season are brought out one by one at the right time❤️ Dinner on this day was 10 dishes starting with cheese chawanmushi topped with oysters from Oiri Island.
