[2025 Sydney Restaurant] Travel Guide for Mr. Wong (Updated Oct)

The restaurant is designed so beautifully, not like your average Chinese restaurant, a rustic feel to it. The prices are quite expensive but I was expecting that. It’s very deceiving how large the restaurant is, it’s actually 2 stories and both were full. Even the toilets were a novelty, designed in old world Asian culture. Because the restaurant is located in Bridge Lane, Sydney and is quite tucked away. We tried the chicken with steamed rice (small servings) they were delicious, the sauce in each dish was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and professional. Nothing too much trouble. The atmosphere was great, so lively. Overall, most of the items were cooked well, however they were more intensely flavoured compared to other Cantonese restaurants which I've grown up with. Still worth a visit though. I love my walks—Sydney is a wonderful place for those. And of course, top notch food. 🌟 A few highly-recommended spots: - Surry hills for coffee and lifestyle. - Barangaroo for high-end harbour-front living. - Darling harbour at 8.30pm every Saturday for fireworks show. - North Sydney for a different POV of the harbour bridge and opera house. - Sydney fish market for a VERY chaotic lunch experience (beware of thieving birds).
