Lifeless Village in Tanah Karo
Mount Sinabung stands proudly in the Karo highlands, North Sumatra. His valor made the villagers on the slopes of the foot of this mountain choose to leave. Yes, as far as the eye can see, there is no human nose. Only the sound of the wind slowly rustling could be heard. Now the village at the foot of Mount Sinabung seems to be just a memory. Only rubble remains. The buildings and objects there seemed to be a silent witness to the bustling atmosphere of the village at that time. This village is also a tourist attraction. Some travelers are curious about this dead village. Until now, Mount Sinabung is still active. In early 2021 alone, the dashing Sinabung erupted again. With a column of ash 500 meters high into the sky.

My trip to the Sinabung Mountain View was breathtaking. The sight of the towering, active volcano set against the lush landscape was both awe-inspiring and humbling. The cool air and peaceful surroundings made it perfect for soaking in the views. Watching the occasional smoke from the volcano was surreal, and the whole experience felt like being in nature’s lap, away from the noise of the city.

Mount Sinabung is a volcano in the Karo Highlands, Karo Regency, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Sinabung and nearby Mount Sibayak are two active volcanoes in North Sumatra and are the 2nd highest peaks in the province. The height of this mountain is 2,451 meters.
Massive and stunning volcano. Sinabung has erupt many time since 2010. when you enter the red zone, you will see close view of volcano. There'a ghost town, that everybody left after the eruption. I have very good experience when travel here. the trip you must have when visit Berastagi.
