It's the large accessory store 'Mimi Line' located in Jung-gu. When I went, it was bustling with foreign tourists. Each floor sells slightly different items, and the 3rd floor even had K-pop related goods. There's also an Ediya Coffee inside the store, so you can take a break and go.
