Our family loves it. I took my whole family on a trip and booked a starting room. The bedroom and any amenities in the bedroom were soft and comfortable. We liked it. The staff took good care of us, it was clean, and there were people taking care of us all the time. The safety standards were quite good. We went down to play in the water at the pool area on the 1st floor. There were artificial waterfalls, giant slides, and volleyball in the pool. The kids in the pool had so much fun that they played in the water until their bodies and fingers were wrinkled. Another advantage of this place that is very suitable for children's afternoon water activities is that there is a restaurant in the outdoor area next to the water park (M Lounge). It is suitable for sitting and watching the kids play in the water and we can sit and eat while relaxing. The kids also played in the water very happily. The menu serves Thai food, Western food, fusion food, mocktails, and ice cream. They have everything. You can order as you wish. The price is also very good. Overall, we consider this a hotel that is worth it for families. Both services focus on standards. Anyone who is interested and wants to take their family to relax and relieve stress, go ahead. I highly recommend it.

#songkran2024 Mercure Ovean Pattaya is one the the affordable and best family resorts in Pattaya . The resort has a mini water theme park for children and their parents to play together . The room was spacious with living hall . The services was great and the staffs are friendly and attentive . The resort facilities was well maintained and in top notch condition . We enjoyed spending time at the area. Highly recommended especially to the tourist who wanted to have family holiday during songkran.
