It provided a basic clean living environment, but there is still room for improvement in terms of details. 🏘️Room type/layout: The hotel is well located, about a 15-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport and the railway station, and only 200 meters from the subway station. There are many restaurants and shopping malls within 1 km, making it convenient for travel and daily life. I stayed in a superior deluxe room, which was not as spacious as shown on the platform, but it was comfortable enough. The window faced the mall, so the view was limited, but the bed was large and provided a good sleep experience. 🛌Supplies/facilities: The TV in the room supports screen casting, and the mini bar is well stocked, including Jägermeister and orange juice, so guests can make their own cocktails, which adds a unique experience. The hotel also offers afternoon tea and late-night snacks. Although the afternoon tea was a bit simple, the late-night snacks were good. The welcome fruit included a banana, an apple, and a pear, which was not a lot, but it showed the hotel's hospitality. At check-out, guests receive a candle and three samples as a gift. 💰Average cost: About CNY 460 per night, which is relatively affordable and cost-effective compared to hotels of the same level. 💗Other tips: Overall, the hotel experience is not quite up to the five-star standard. The hardware facilities need to be further improved and perfected, and are similar to Atour, but the breakfast is better than Atour. My friend went on a business trip to Shanghai and asked me to recommend a hotel. Of course, it's a hotel close to Hongqiao Airport and the railway station. This business hotel is really good, with Wanda Plaza and Korean Street nearby! The laundry room and gym are available, and the restaurant is quite nice too! The buffet breakfast on the 5th floor has a beautiful environment and a rich selection, and the toppings for that bowl of noodles are really amazing! The dining bar on the first floor offers a very affordable lunch, with any main course, and fruit, coffee, drinks, and pastries are all self-service at the bar. I was full just from these alone! This is my first stay at this hotel, and the decoration and facilities are quite good. The floor height is average, and the room is equipped with a smart speaker and a smart toilet. The default volume of the smart speaker is a bit loud, which gave me a scare when I first entered the room late at night. The smart toilet is a bit too complicated; a simpler one might be more user-friendly. I have a complaint about the cleanliness—the carpet beside the bed is really dirty. Why can't it be washed? Just sweeping or vacuuming is not enough to clean it. Also, for those who stay consecutively, the cleaning is too careless; they even forget to replace the towels they take away, which is unbelievable. Overall, the location and facilities are excellent, but the details, especially the cleanliness, need to be improved.
