I honestly did not expect such great food at the end. The only recommendation I have is that they should consider having visitor groups spread throughout the whole day. A fascinating place to visit. It takes about 3 hours. They will take us to get acquainted with the tribes in Sabah. Besides, we can also learn about their customs and traditions and try their traditional food and games. At the end of the session, there will be food provided. Excellent experience. It is worth the money (100 MYR per adult) and not too commercial. Good info sharing about local ethnic / original tribes and good exposure (you get to taste lot of their food and similarly experience, for example, trampoline made of rattan). Zul, made this visit - funny, knowledgeable, informative and someone clearly passionate about what he does and how to please people. The experience within the different houses is excellent, you really learn and understand about the different cultures. The Mari Mari Cultural Village is a non-profit organization established in 1996 to preserve and share the ethnic culture of Borneo. The village showcases the customs and traditions of different in Borneo.
