Many who know me well enough I will use the dining credit at Manhattan Bar and yesterday was "The Friends of Manhattan Chef Series" - one night only that features French cuisine of @ladamedepicsg from @raffleshotelsingapore. 📍1 Cuscaden Rd, Level 2 Regent Singapore, S249715 Manhattan is on the 6 in 2021 Asia’s 50 best bar list. It’s located on the level 2 of Hotel regent. Its decoration is also a typical hotel bar style, relatively high-end and elegant. The menu of this bar is very famous, with cocktails inspired by multiple celebrities. 🤴 It has a welcome drink, a small light cocktail, little bit sour. The free snack is popcorn, which is a little bit salty but so tasty. 🍿️ And on violet hour, it also serves a complimentary pastrami sandwich. A very small one but delicious as well.🥪 🥃SGCF signature: Midsummer Night, inspired by Coldplay – Yellow. It’s based on Gin, but I cannot taste it. The alcohol is hidden well. The drink has tomato taste, sweet and sour. The garnish is also a small sour tomato. 🍅 🍹LCW x SGCF: Grapes and Croissant, created by London Bar – Artesian. This is a strong drink, with strong alcohol smell but tastes lighter. And it has the taste of raisins.🍇 🍹3000 – I also ordered one of their normal cocktails, 3000 in the Robert Downey Jr. Chapter. It’s a warm drink, with cream on the top, has an Iron man icon on it. It has a strong taste of chocolate but also of strong alcohol. Singapore Set on the second floor of the plush Regent Hotel, Manhattan is the Asian hotel bar in recent times to bring the sexy. #singaporetrip Address - 1 Cuscaden Road, Level 2, Singapore. Ambiance/Facilities - this is a contemporary bar located inside the Conrad Hotel at Cuscaden Road. They have plenty of signature and great cocktails in the choices, as well as many types of dishes desserts and snacked in the menu too. We enjoyed our night here with some lovely cocktails and delicious snacks. Avg. Price per Person - affordable price.

Manhattan at Conrad is one of the top 50 best bar in the world! And of course it is good for a reason, I think it’s best the bar in SG so far. This bar is so classy and spacious, best place to chill and catch up with friends. We got a counter seats and got a chance to chit chat with the bartender, they are so friendly but at the same time they also gave us enough personal space. We were welcomed by a free drinks on the house, it’s some mezcal with lime, it’s so nice and refreshing! The bartender recommended me a whiskey sour, it’s my first time having a whiskey sour with lavender, I absolutely love this cocktail! My husband ordered a Hamilton and we didn’t expect it will serve us the cocktail on a mini stage, the drink is so well balanced and it’s so good! Lastly we ordered something more adventurous, so smoky truffle cocktail under the orchestra page, this is the cocktail that impressed us the most! The smoky taste just stays at the back of our throat and it reminds me of a campfire 🔥 I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to come back again! The price range here is from $28-$32, it also comes with free popcorn and free flow water

#singaporetrip Booked for all you can eat and drink CNY special. The decor inside is really cosy if a little dark. Service was on point and attentive. The drinks were delicious and just kept coming, I didn't really understand the drink stations, I'd prefer there to be a list of drinks to choice from than make your own! Good job the mixologist was good at his job! Now to the food, as nice as it was, there just wasn't enough, for the price we paid I'd expect more food on offer, the meat was cut into really thin slices and you had to get in quick! The cheese was only hard cheese, no soft! Especially with Basillico in front, with their amazing cheese selection, I would have thought they would have a great selection also. The CNY gift was brilliant though, I didn't expect that. I'd come back if the food menu was more substantial.
