Overall, the food is about 1-star quality, but the view of the Central Harbor at night is a nice bonus. However, the food is not as impressive as the one at Macao's Jade Dragon, nor as delicate as Singapore's Summer Pavilion. The restaurant is famous for its dim sum, but they are not available at night. The decor is also a bit old-fashioned, and the restaurant doesn't quite live up to its reputation. Roast suckling pig The fat is replaced with a pancake, which is dry and solid. However, the fat is not completely removed, and one piece is particularly greasy. The white sugar is a standard pairing for the breast and belly of Peking duck, but the roast suckling pig is a bit dry and would be better with a sauce. Chicken soup with shredded chicken The chicken is slow-cooked to absorb the essence of the soup, which is rich and comforting. The tender chicken and crispy vegetables complement each other well.
