Sharing the highlights of my Hong Kong gourmet trip! From long-line establishments to local favorites, I'll introduce you to some truly delicious restaurants I've visited. 🍴✨ 🥟 Dim Sum Here (photo 1) 📍Location: Shop 6–8, G/F, Wah Chi Mansion, 286–298 Temple Street, Jordan / Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong Their adorable, face-shaped buns, xiaolongbao, and crispy shrimp shumai are to die for! It's a popular restaurant, so you might have to wait in line a little, but the flavor is worth it. 🥯 Kowloon Restaurant (Tsim Sha Tsui) (photos 2–4) 📍Location: Shop A & B, Ground Floor, Lokville Commercial Building, 27 Lock Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Here, I had the pineapple bun and egg tart. The pineapple bun was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and incredibly filling! The egg tarts have a strong egg flavor and a gentle sweetness. 🍜 Bakehouse (photo 5) 📍Location: (Main Branch/Central): G/F, 77 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong My personal absolute favorite! The wonton noodles with plump shrimp wontons are incredibly delicious. The uniquely Hong Kong "rubbery" texture is addictive. ✨ They're cheap and easy to eat. I highly recommend this place! They also have a branch in K11, so be sure to check it out. 🥰 🥧 Bakehouse (photos 6-7) 📍Location: (Tsim Sha Tsui Branch/Takeaway only): G/F, 44 Hankow Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong This is the place to be in Hong Kong! A staple that always draws long lines. The custard egg tarts are rich and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It was so delicious that I bought some with my spare cash and ate it with a friend on the plane! 🤣💕 If you go, beware the long lines in the morning! 🥟Log Ye Dim Sum (Tsim Sha Tsui) (photos 8-9) 📍Location: Shop C, G/F, Hanyee Building, 19–21 Hankow Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong It's open late, making it a convenient place for a meal after sightseeing. I actually liked it so much that I visited twice, and the fluffy buns were particularly impressive. The dim sum was also delicious, so I can confidently recommend this place. 🧋HEYTEA (Tsim Sha Tsui, K11 Art Mall) (photos 10-11) 📍Location: Shop G32–G33, G/F, K11 Art Mall, 18 Hanoi Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong This ice-like drink, made with fresh grapes, is visually stunning and has a refreshing sweetness. My friend's milk tea was rich yet easy to drink, with a refined flavor. The convenient location makes it easy to stop by between shopping trips a plus. ✈️ The Hong Kong cuisine was all so memorable, I want to return. Log Ye Dim Sum (樂意點心) You take a numbered ticket upon arrival and wait in line, but the turnover is fast, so we were able to get in sooner than expected! I got my ticket around 8:00 PM on a weekday and was able to get in in about 10 minutes. Their classic shrimp dumplings had a thin, chewy skin, and the shrimp inside was plump and flavorful. 🦐 The crab roe shumai had a juicy, rich filling. 🦀 The beef cheung fun was easy to eat with its sweet sauce, and the deep-fried shrimp wrapped in yuba was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—none of the dishes were a disappointment! (Note: The cheung fun contains cilantro, so be careful if you don't like it. 🌿) Plates are reasonably priced at around 15-30 HKD, yet the portions are generous and great value. 👏 The restaurant is open from morning until late at night, making it perfect for a break from sightseeing or a late-night snack! #GetDiscountNotRelyingOnLuck Let's eat dim sum in Tsim Sha Tsui The shop's name is Log Ye Dim Sum It's not hard to get there. Just type Log Ye in Google maps Then follow that path. I'm not kidding. (Have a mobile phone in hand, use it to your advantage) When you get there, tell the staff how many people you're in and you'll get a queue card. While waiting for your turn, we looked at the menu first. The menu has English and some pictures of the menu. The tea at the shop is not free. It costs 5 dollars. I chose Jasmine Tea. It's fragrant and delicious without being bitter. The menu we tried was Ha Kao, Shrimp Dumplings And another one I don't know what it's called in Thai. It's a green dough with shrimp and vegetables inside, topped with scallops. Each dish is stuffed full of filling. The shrimp is very crispy and sweet. The cost for this meal was 59 dollars. I want to try other menus but I'm going alone and I'm afraid I won't be able to finish it. If anyone comes to Hong Kong alone, feel free to contact me. 📍Master Congee (Tsim Sha Tsui) A famous congee shop in Hong Kong where people line up from early morning. Recommended dishes include pork offal congee, rice noodle rolls, and fried dough sticks. Opening hours: 06:30 - 02:00 Prices start from about 16-45 HKD 📍Log Ye Dim Sum (Tsim Sha Tsui) A dim sum restaurant recommended by locals, known for its generously filled and delicious dim sum. Order a lot but be careful not to overeat because the portions are large. Free tea is provided, which is fragrant and tasty. It's a small place with limited seating, so you might have to wait in line. Opening hours: 08:00 - 23:30 Prices start from about 20-150 HKD 📍Kai Kee Noodles (Tsim Sha Tsui) A dry noodle shop specializing in squid balls, which are very delicious. We came back to eat here two days in a row. Other recommended dishes include dry noodles, wonton noodle soup, and braised beef noodles. Opening hours: 07:30 - 00:00 Prices start from about 48-65 HKD 📍BAKEHOUSE (Tsim Sha Tsui) A dessert shop with long lines. The signature item is the egg tart, which is sweet, fragrant, and delicious with a texture different from other places. Opening hours: 08:00 - 21:00 Prices start from about 12 HKD 📍% Arabica (Repulse Bay) A famous coffee shop with delicious flavors and multiple branches in Hong Kong. If you visit the Guan Yin statue at Repulse Bay, stop by this branch. It has a beautiful and peaceful view. Opening hours: 08:30 - 19:00 Prices start from about 30-65 HKD 📍HEYTEA (MOKO) A tea shop with many branches and very tasty drinks. The must-order item is the grape cheese tea. Opening hours: 11:00 - 22:00 Prices start from about 30-40 HKD 📍Hong Kong Disneyland There are many food and drink options, but prices are higher than outside. -Starbucks is located in the Main Street, U.S.A. area, called Market House. Prices start from about 50 HKD. -Ice cream in the World of Frozen zone features several interesting Frozen-themed ice creams. This shop is near Elsa’s fountain. We had the milk-flavored soft serve decorated with Olaf, priced at 65 HKD. -Popcorn at Hong Kong Disneyland is a fun snack while watching fireworks. The price is a bit high, but we bought some because we were hungry. It costs about 45 HKD.

◻︎I usually only go from the airport to Hong Kong Disneyland, but this time I took a rare walk around the city👟 ▷Halfway coffee 　A stylish cafe with cute vintage cups☕️ ▷Log Ye Dim Sum 　All the food was delicious, but I can't forget the shrimp shumai...✨ ▷Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade 　The night view is really beautiful🌃 ▷HART HOTEL 　A reasonable hotel🏨 I used VISA touch payment to get on the train and paid by card at restaurants, so I didn't have to exchange money💰

The steamed squid with minced pork rice was a comforting dish, perfectly seasoned with tender squid and flavorful pork. The prawn toast, golden and crisp, offered a deliciously savory bite that paired wonderfully with the meal. We balanced the rich flavors with a simple yet fresh steamed vegetable dish, rounding out the experience with a wholesome touch. The cozy ambiance and authentic flavors made it a memorable dinner, reflecting the heart of traditional Hong Kong dim sum culture. The only imperfect thing is almost an hour queue for the available seat.

📍Log Ye Dim Sum 樂意點心 A great value dim sum restaurant! Open until 11pm, with a fast turnover rate. Many people order takeout, and it's a popular restaurant with locals. Get a numbered ticket from the ticket machine in front of the restaurant and wait for your number to be called. The call is in Chinese, but the number is displayed on an electronic panel in front of the restaurant, so you can rest assured. Orders are made by writing an order slip with a pen and handing it over. I went there around 10pm on a weekday, and I was able to get in with a wait of about 10 minutes!
