The guided tour covers everything from cocoa bean cultivation to production, as well as the history of Swiss chocolate. Of course, the most popular part of the tour is the chocolate tasting, which is a favorite among kids. If you couldn’t book a guided tour, you can still visit the shop. The final part of the tour is where you can grab a free sample of each flavour. After your tour ends,there is a suprise where you can scan your ticket to receive another free chocolate. There's also the gift shop with wall to wall chocolate and cafe with seating area perfect to end the whole tour. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers!
