Lotus Mountain Park is a very large park in Shenzhen and can be reached by several subway stations, such as the Children's Palace and Lotus North Station. It is the highest outdoor square in Shenzhen and a good place to view the panoramic view and night view of the Citizen Square. The statue is 6 meters high, the base is 3.68 meters high, and weighs 6 tons. It is cast in bronze. When you come to Shenzhen, you should come to Lianhua Hill to commemorate this great man. After hiking to the top of Lianhua mountain you will be rewarded with this amazing view of the city, especially lit up at nighttime it is a sight to behold. This is a prime place to view the light shows that go on for part of the year, although it will likely be very crowded. The hike takes about 30-45 minutes and is best done at a cooler time of year or at night time as it can get very sweaty, i recommend bringing lots of water. The ping an tower dominates the night skyline and looks incredible with its lighting, possibly the only better view of shenzhen is from the observation deck of the ping an building. Another thing to note is that you may see many large snails on the paths leading up to the top of the mountain, take care not to step on them. #hiking#nationalpark

We arrived at Lianhuashan Park just as the late morning sun began to warm the stone paths. The lotus ponds were wide and still, scattered with soft-pink blooms that opened lazily toward the sky. Locals moved quietly some doing tai chi beneath willow trees, others walking small dogs or sharing fruit under shaded pavilions. There was a rhythm to it all, slow and unhurried, like the park itself had no intention of rushing summer away. 🪷🌳☀️ We followed the winding trail up the hill, past wind chimes strung in the trees and tiny tea stalls selling iced drinks in paper cups. At the top, we stood beside the statue, looking out over the city tall buildings softened by haze, the horizon drawn in pastels. It wasn’t dramatic, but it was steady.
