Lemon Tart$58 With a little sour, the crust is softer, overall good. The staff is very polite, knowing you share to eat, will give you a plate, will take the initiative to help you add water, every time after eating the same to help you change the plate, good service. The waiter brought the meal bag first. The buns are chewy and can be eaten with light and smooth olive oil and slightly sour balsamic vinegar. It is a simple but high-quality enjoyment. Burrata has a soft and creamy texture. It is eaten in the same way as usual, with a little arugula, olive oil, juicy tomatoes and a few slices of crispy bread. Catch of the day was 2 pieces of boneless fish. The fish meat is so smooth. The fish skin is baked to a crispy texture and has a rich fish oil aroma. The fish is served with Ratatouille, which is made of eggplant, tomato, and radish, which brings out the freshness of the fish. My husband likes beef tongue, so we didn't have steak but ordered beef tongue instead. The slow-cooked ox tongue is tender and tasty, with a hint of black pepper. It is roasted well but not overcooked. The potatoes placed under the beef tongue are full of gravy. Beef 🥩 Ragu is a slow cooked beef pasta. The pasta is not too tender. Adding red wine, the best partner of beef, makes the pasta more delicious. The slow-cooked beef is tender and meaty. Also, the waiter shaved some cheese on the pasta in front of us, which was evil. The best part was yet to come. During the meal, I told one of the waiters that I was actually celebrating my husband’s birthday.
