I visited a hotel in France 🇫🇷 (aka. mirror restaurant).
#Vacation #EscapeHotel
They told me to take a picture in front of the mirror when I come here, and now I understand why 👸🏻🪞. Who knew a bathroom could be this pretty? The lighting, humidity, and temperature are perfect 💖.
This place is famous for its French Boutique Hotel 🏨. The interior is unique and charming! They even have a library that looks like it could be in Harry Potter 📚.
I recommend this Seoul vacation spot for a half-body bath in the bathtub and plenty of Instagram-worthy shots ✨.

"Europe in the heart of Seoul?!" : L'ESCAPE Escape Hotel 🏨
📍 L'ESCAPE Hotel
Address: 67 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul
Check-in 15:00 • Check-out 11:00
The L'ESCAPE Hotel, presented by the Chosun Hotel & Resort, is a stylish and sensory hotel that combines the vibrancy of downtown Seoul with the romantic charm of Europe. Its location is fantastic, with easy access to Myeongdong, Namdaemun Market, Namsan, and Seoul Station.
Thanks to #Tripdotcom and #Tripcc, I had the opportunity to visit this trendy hotel with a #FreeAccommodationVoucher. As described above, the hotel features European-inspired boutique decor that exudes Parisian elegance and romance 😊
Furthermore, this hotel has been certified as a 4-star hotel by the Hotel Rating Management Committee of the Korea Tourism Association, and was awarded the "Travellers' Choice Best of the Best 2021" accolade, the highest honor given to the top 1% of hotels 🥹🏆
My first impression of the hotel was that the location was outstanding! I arrived at Seoul Station by train from Busan, and took a taxi during rush hour, which turned out to be a circuitous route. But, to my surprise, I learned that the hotel was just one subway stop away from Hoehyeon Station Exit 7, right across from Lotte Department Store, a duty-free shop, Namdaemun Market, and even Namsan Tower! Upon entering the hotel, the check-in process was seamless, with three front desk staff members available to assist guests. Even during peak check-in/check-out times, the waiting time was minimal, and the staff provided detailed explanations.
In addition, the elevators ran to all floors and were efficient, with guests able to use their room key cards to select their desired floor. Despite staying on the 10th floor, the elevator ride took only about 5 seconds from the 1st floor, which was impressive! The interior design of the hallways exuded European sensibilities, with beautiful paintings and numerous mirrors decorating the walls.
Upon entering the room, I was impressed by the unique card-shaped key and the convenient amenities, such as a coat hanger, luggage stand, and fire extinguisher. The room was beautifully decorated, and the design elements reinforced the overall European ambiance.
Overall, my stay at L'ESCAPE Hotel was delightful and memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul!

#Free Accommodation Vouchers #Trip.com
I recently won a free accommodation voucher from the monthly event hosted by Trip.com and had the pleasure of staying at the trendy #EscapeHotel😆💖.
The overall interior design was so beautiful that there were photo zones everywhere! 😊
As a hotel under the Shinsegae group, there was even a Starbucks inside, and the Shinsegae department store, the main store, was just next door, making it the perfect place to shop and enjoy Christmas☃️🎄.
Trip.com always offers amazing benefits, so I always use it to book activities or flights. This December's accommodation event includes many 5-star hotels, such as the Grand Hyatt Seoul, Novotel Ambassador Seoul, and Paradise Hotel Busan, so it's worth participating😝.

A small Paris🇨🇵ian escape hotel in the heart of Seoul city🏙️.
The Belle Époque era in 19th century Europe was a time of unparalleled elegance and beauty, and at the Le Escape Hotel🇨🇵, one can experience the grace and finesse of French culture. I felt that one night and two days were far too short of a stay at this lovely establishment, and I am determined to return and stay in a different room.
Not only are the rooms unique and charming, but the library was especially enchanting during the Christmas season, and one can enjoy it peacefully without any crowds at night. The hotel's location in Myeong-dong is also a great advantage, as it is within walking distance of hot spots such as Shinsegae, Lotte Department Store, and Myeong-dong shopping district during this holiday season. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Seoul during this season. ♥️

🕒Check-in / Check-out: 3:00 PM / 11:00 AM
I recently visited Lescapes Hotel near Seoul Station 💖 The location was great, and the interior was quite unique.
The signature red point of Lescapes was especially charming, and despite being a small hotel, it exuded luxury in every nook and cranny! The bathroom, in particular, was extremely upscale...🤍🤍
Although my stay was pleasant overall, I felt that the service was lacking. Water bottles were available for purchase, as were ice and chill ice. 💸💸💸
Moreover, the most shocking thing was that you have to pay for parking if you stay past the 11:30 AM checkout time. 😅 I highly recommend checking out on time to avoid this hassle!

There is a Starbucks on the 7th floor where the Lescape Hotel reception is located.! It was convenient to use while staying at the hotel😀

Seoul escape hotel staycation feels like a trip to Paris
Through the TikTok Trip Challenger event, I came to L'escale Hotel for a hot summer weekend getaway! It feels like I was instantly transported to 19th century Paris as soon as I stepped off the elevator 😳 I was so excited since I've missed traveling abroad!
I don't even know how many photos I took when I checked into my room, it's just so unique and fascinating!
For those who love taking pictures, I highly recommend visiting the lovely "library" on the left side of the front desk!! 😍👍🏼

Seoul Special Forces city walk
Korea Seoul four days and three nights trip, I feel that I have basically gone to all the places that should be checked in, and the efficiency is quite good. I admire myself for being the first in WeChat sports every day. The food feels still better in China, and the clothes in the duty-free shop are not cheap.
Day1 Morning 8 o'clock flight from Shanghai to Seoul, booked 2 nights at Crown Hotel and 1 night at L'Escape. The location of Crown Hotel is really good, just a few steps away from the subway station which is very convenient. Next to it is the Lotte Building, had a casual lunch, then walked along the big square, visited Cheonggyecheon, had Korean beef for dinner, which was not cheap but tasted very good, went to Myeongdong shopping street, didn't eat snacks, went to Olive Young, the alkaline water biscuits were delicious, regretted not buying more.
Day2 Slept in, took a taxi to a coffee shop in Hanok Village, the photo spot on the 3rd floor is excellent. Walked around Hanok Village, went to Gyeongbokgung Palace, saw many people taking photos in Korean traditional clothes, watched the 12 o'clock performance, had ginseng chicken soup, I think it was just so-so, but it seems wrong not to eat it when in Korea. The street near Gyeongbokgung Palace is very artistic and you can take photos everywhere. In the evening went to Seong-su-dong Onion, the desserts were as good-looking as they were delicious. Went to Ader, went to Point of View, didn't shop enough. Had potato pork spine soup, to be honest, didn't have high expectations before going, but there was a Chinese aunt who came to take orders, recommended a set meal for two, lots of meat, very satisfying, cheap, recommended. Walked around Hongdae, lots of street performances.
Day3 Comic street, just near the hotel, lots of graffiti, took some photos and went to Lotte Duty Free, there is a Chow Tai Fook, the price is very good but the good-looking styles were all sold out. Checked out and went to L'Escape, this is a designer hotel, booked a large suite, felt quite luxurious. Went to Sinsa-dong to eat honey rice wine, quite innovative, kimchi pork pot, mediocre, seafood pancake with fresh and large shrimp, just a bit greasy after eating too much. Went to Apgujeong, every store's style is so good-looking, simply can't see enough, checked in at the London Bagel shop, it was all sold out, too popular, luckily there is also one in Shanghai. In the evening went to Myeongdong to eat purle jang crab, afraid of not getting used to it, only ordered a small jang crab set meal, the mixed rice was actually not bad.
Day4 Bought some snacks at the convenience store and went to the airport.
Seoul is not big, many shops only open at 12 o'clock, but went to all the popular places, also ate the delicious food...
JAYSON TOWNSEND
I just came back from a 7-day 6-night trip to Korea, listen to my real feelings!!
I just came back from Korea, honestly, winter in Korea is much more fun than I imagined! This time, besides Seoul, I also went to Pyeongchang in Gangwon-do, and Gangneung~
Pyeongchang is a winter sports resort, currently hosting the Winter Youth Olympics, plus many Korean drama filming locations, it's quite romantic~ And Gangneung is artistically fresh, it's my favorite part of this trip!
📝Tips:
▪️Weather: It's very hot indoors, just wear a thin sweater and a thick down jacket outside
▪️Small amount of cash + visa card, basically all can be swiped, roadside stalls need cash
▪️Internet: Recommend mobile card, some stores need Korean phone number for reservation
▪️Must bring: Converter + power strip, power bank, many hotels do not provide disposable items, need to purchase
▪️Transportation: Taxis are slightly expensive, recommend taking the subway, subway use Tmoney card, taxi use kakao T
▪️Useful apps: Maps (naver map, kakao map), translation (papago), subway planning (subway)
🚗Route:
DAY1: Shanghai-Seoul Incheon-Yongpyong Resort
DAY2: Skiing-Wangsan Cable Car-Animal Forest Monorail-Thousand Year Cedar Forest
DAY3: Pyeongchang Trout Festival Experience-Gangneung ARTE Immersive Art Museum- St John's Hotel
DAY4: Gangneung Hoesaero Art World-Gangneung (Anmok) Coffee Street
DAY5: Gangneung-Seoul Cheongnyangni KTX- L'Escape Hotel Seoul Loescafe Hotel-Shinsegae Department Store Head Office
DAY6: Seoul: Kyobo Bookstore-Yeouido Hyundai Department Store-Han River Park
DAY7: Seoul: Be a Korean idol for a day!!

🍴Restaurant recommendation:
▪️Daegwallyeong Baugol Charcoal Grilled Pork Belly
Local super popular barbecue restaurant, all are locals, currently seems to be not recommended online! The shiny pork belly with green onion is absolutely amazing~
▪️Yeongjin Port Iron Plate Seafood Specialty Store 영진항
Super shocking iron plate seafood pot, chicken soup base boiled seafood, every bite is exceptionally fresh~
▪️ RAINREPORT Coffee
A coffee shop that rains, it will create artificial rain at a fixed time every day, very atmospheric~ The signature is hand-drip coffee and croissant
🏨Hotel recommendation: Seoul Loescafe Hotel L'Escape Hotel,
Highly recommended! A stylish hotel full of design sense, rich 19th century French style~

🌟Highlight features:
The hotel is exquisitely detailed, with a unique style, even the room key 🔑 is very retro.
It feels very much like Broadway in the United States, and the restaurants and bars are very nice. It's very convenient to visit the New World Duty Free and the commercial street, and the subway station is also nearby, making it easy to go anywhere.
🛏Room facilities:
Clean and hygienic, unique style, super nice, every detail is exquisite. Did you book a hotel because of a super good-looking bathtub 🛁?

📍 L'ESCAPE Hotel

L'ESCAPE Hotel, located in the heart of the city, offers a stylish European ambiance and is conveniently situated near Myeong-dong, Namdaemun Market, Namsan, and Seoul Station, among others.
Thanks to #Tripdotcom #TripCC, I had the chance to stay at this trendy hotel with a free accommodation voucher! As described above, this boutique hotel exudes Parisian elegance and romance, allowing you to feel the vibes of Europe 😊
Moreover, L'ESCAPE Hotel has been certified as a four-star hotel by the Hotel and Lodging Management Department of the Korea Tourism Organization and was awarded the "Travellers' Choice Best of the Best 2021" by TripAdvisor, which is given only to the top 1% of hotels 🥹🏆
My experience at the hotel was excellent, starting with its prime location! I arrived by train at Seoul Station and took a taxi, only to realize that the hotel was located right in front of Exit 7 of Hoehyeon Station, just one subway stop away 😅 The hotel also provides stunning views of Namsan Tower, and is close to Shinsegae Department Store, Duty-Free Shop, Namdaemun Market, and Lotte Department Store, which are just a stone's throw away!
Upon entering the hotel, you can check-in at the seventh floor. The hotel has three front desks, and the staff provided thorough explanations from check-in to check-out, making the process quick and efficient even during peak hours!
All elevators are programmed to serve all floors, and the key card access system is convenient and unique. I stayed on the 10th floor and was impressed with how quickly the elevators arrived. The corridors were also well-decorated with European-inspired designs, and the many paintings on display made me feel like I was in an art museum. I also loved the numerous mirrors in the elevator area!
To enter the room, you must swipe a key card that resembles an actual key. Inside, there was a coat hanger, a luggage stand, and a fire extinguisher near the door. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and unique decor, making for an unforgettable stay!
