After two years, I visited Gwanghallu again, this time with my family, making it even more fulfilling and enjoyable with the Month of Culture events. We rented hanbok at Hwaindang near Gwanghallu, watched a fusion busking performance in the plaza right in front, and enjoyed various traditional experiences and crafting activities at the experience playground. What I enjoyed the most was the Sato parade event! The fusion performance, which mixed colorful hanbok with traditional and modern elements, was incredibly fun and visually stunning. We also watched tightrope walking and pansori performances, had dinner at Wolgwang Pocha feeling the night market vibes, and enjoyed night performances, making the 2024 Month of Culture event in Namwon truly fulfilling. I had such a great time that I'm really looking forward to next year's Month of Culture event and will eagerly wait for it❤️ 📍Gwanghallu Garden, Namwon

#FallHo-kang-seu-event Gwanghanruwon is a hidden gem in Namwon. It is a great place to take a walk, as it is the same setting as the Chunhyangjeon, and it is also perfect for a family outing. In particular, the carp feeding experience was a program that children would enjoy. The lawn is wide, and you can bring in outside food, so it is perfect for a picnic. The landscaping is really well done, so it is a space where you can relax in nature.

#FallHo-kang-seu-event Gwanghanruwon is a must-visit place for a trip to Namwon. There are various exhibitions and experiences based on the story of Chunhyangjeon, so you can enjoy history and culture at the same time. You can also experience traditional games, so it's great to visit with children, and the beautiful scenery makes it perfect for a walk. Be sure to stop by when you come to Namwon.

It even includes the pavilion where Byeon Satto tried to force Chunhyang to serve him, making you feel as if you've stepped into the pages of the Chunhyangjeon book. Gwanghallu Garden, which resembles a noble's garden where Chunhyang and Mongryong strolled and dated, is perfect for taking photos with your partner or friends while experiencing traditional Korean hanbok.
