Frozen tofu pudding (thin, sweet) $11 Frozen tofu pudding is one of the signature desserts of Gonghe Bean Products Factory. It has a dense and smooth texture with a strong bean flavor, and the addition of brown sugar adds another taste. It is definitely the best choice for cooling off in summer. Kung Wo Beancurd factory has been in Sham Shui Po since 1960. The old school stores sell various soy products, which had remained popular throughout the years, it is also known as the king of tofu pudding. I had ordered a cold beancurd pudding and a mix of deep fried tofu and beancurd skin. You need to add the sugar on your beancurd, and the sauce on the tofu.

Red Cherry Bread They have several branches in Hong Kong, selling Hong Kong-style bread. I bought an egg tart with a cookie crust, and they also have a puff pastry crust. The egg tart was delicious, with a fragrant filling. The flavor of egg and milk filled my mouth with a slight sweetness, not greasy at all. It was truly delicious. Junxiang Bakery Located in Sham Shui Po, they sell a variety of Chinese pastries. This time I only bought the peanut-flavored glutinous rice cakes. Each one was super large and made to order. I bought them in the morning and ate them that night. The crust was thin and the fillings were generous. It was absolutely delicious, a flavor you'll miss.
