3 days sailing trip at Komodo islands
I wasn't expecting much, but if I were this place really exceed my expectation or anyones really. I got the best boat with the best crew, but mainly was the view, of the ocean, and the islands suroundings is the best! The best part of the trip for me was actually the pink beach, we spend hours in there, they are so beautifull. A few people from the boat swim fron the boat to the shore, the coral view and the fish was amazing, but then there is one part where the coral stops and just a plain beautifull white sands, with a really clear water and the sun light just going through, words can't describe how amazing that was. Oh and the Komodo dragon, yeah I met them, but was not a fun experience. p.s they stink!! #nationalpark

Komodo National Park

#traveldiaries
A definite location to visit when going to Bajo. One of the national parks in Indonesia that is a world heritage site. Actually, the area is large, but for tourism there is its own track, so the route is short. When entering, we report first, and must be accompanied by the ranger, we are not allowed to go around without them. Because Komodo is an animal that can prey on humans and its movements are fast. The ranger will carry a stick with a V-shaped tip like a slingshot, so that it can hold the Komodo's neck if someone chases us. You can take pictures with the Komodo but at a distance, not close, and under the supervision of the ranger. There are also souvenir sellers there and we can sit and relax in the canteens that sell snacks, drinks and young coconuts.

Indonesia is not bad, will you come again next time...
I went to Indonesia, Asia during the National Day holiday, and there were really many compatriots. Share some aerial photos~
Shooting location📌:
Komodo Island, Penida Island, Sewu Waterfall, Bromo Volcano🌋, Cliff Road (Uluwatu, Bali)
It is worth noting that it is said that Padar on Komodo Island is not allowed to fly, you can fly on the pink beach🏖️; try not to fly into the smoke at the volcano mouth, sulfides are not good for the line🙀; you can fly freely in other places (mini series).

pink beach komodo island
#beachlife
Pink Beach in Komodo National Park is one of the most stunning and unique beaches I have ever visited. The beach gets its distinctive pink hue from a mix of white sand and red coral fragments, creating a surreal and picturesque landscape.
The crystal-clear waters around Pink Beach make it an ideal spot for snorkeling and swimming. The vibrant marine life and coral reefs are breathtaking, offering an underwater paradise for enthusiasts. I highly recommend bringing your snorkeling gear or renting it from a nearby vendor to fully experience the beauty beneath the waves.
The beach itself is relatively quiet and not overly crowded, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It's a perfect spot for sunbathing, beachcombing, or simply enjoying the natural beauty. The contrast between the pink sand, turquoise water, and lush green hills in the background makes for stunning photographs.

Komodo Island Day Tour|Immersive Zelda Experience
I really love traveling on Komodo Island 🏝️. It's like a real-life version of The Legend of Zelda. Even if the trip is just a day tour, it's so comfortable! Not only do you get the collision of pink beaches and glassy seas, but you can also snorkel and chase Manta rays. Such days are truly relaxing and stunning!
Finding a good guide is important for a better experience! I booked a Chinese small group tour with Ni Enjoy Travel's Komodo speedboat, which allows you to relax and precisely hit the fun spots on Komodo without having to make round-trip strategies. It's so refreshing 😄.

🩵 Padar Island
The view from the top is amazing! Looking down, the color of each bay beach is different. The left side has unique and shocking black sand, the right side has shimmering white sand, and the distant small beach is even more beautiful with its soft and dreamy pink color.
🧡 Komodo Island
The guide will take us to Komodo Park to find 🦕 giant lizards!! We found a really big one. It was so majestic and shocking. My first reaction was to take out my phone and take pictures, haha.
🩷 Pink Beach
It's really beautiful. It's perfect for drone shots, and you can take phone wallpapers in minutes. For portraits, you can use a CCD with a flash 📸, and it will definitely be great!
💛 Crescent Beach
Here, I can't resist the glassy sea. It's great for photos and swimming. For a moment, I felt like I was in the Maldives, hehe.
🤍 Manta Point
It's the best place to snorkel with manta rays! You don't need to swim by yourself; you can hold onto a float the whole time because the cute guide will lead you. You can see many big manta rays!
🔓 Little tips:
🧩 You can wear a swimsuit under your clothes for easy access to the water! You can bring a towel from the hotel, but be sure to keep it safe. The UV rays are strong, so make sure to protect yourself from the sun 🌞.
🧩 Wear non-slip hiking shoes for climbing. If you get seasick, remember to take seasickness medicine 1 hour in advance!
🧩 Prepare a waterproof bag. It will be very convenient on the beach and can also protect electronic products~

I declare that Komodo is truly the ceiling of the Southeast Asian archipelago, and 'Human Saedar' is indeed well-deserved
🇮🇩 Lombok-Komodo 4 days and 3 nights whale shark liveaboard, just got off the boat today, fresh memories! Feel free to ask questions in the comments if you have any
There are liveaboards in Komodo with scuba diving and others with snorkeling tours, the latter having three categories: Lombok-Komodo, Komodo-Lombok, and Komodo-Komodo. Among them, ⚠️only the Lombok-Komodo 4 days and 3 nights option I chose includes a whale shark itinerary!!!
I know of at least 3 liveaboard companies, wanua, travelwise, komodo luxury cruise. The first two have basic boat types, with dormitory beds around 3000k, and the third one is a bit more luxurious, with dormitory beds at 5500k. The itinerary is exactly the same, only the departure dates differ.
I took the wanua company that departs on Monday
The itinerary is as follows, with a rough timeline:
Day1
Hotel pick up, check in at 10 am, take a minibus for three hours to the pier. Take a boat for over an hour to a small island opposite to watch the sunset.
Day2
Arrive at the whale shark spot at 5 am, chase whale sharks, it's too deep to dare to take a phone to take pictures, I stole a picture from Google, reality is far more shocking.
Sailing all day and night, the boat will stop for half an hour in the middle, for diving and swimming
This day is a bit tough, you must take seasickness medicine, I played cards with everyone in the afternoon then took medicine and went to sleep, woke up for dinner and then continued to sleep, there was hardly any signal all day.
Day3
Woke up at 6 am to find that we had already arrived at Komodo
Today is the most activity-packed day, checked off Komodo's three most famous spots, and each spot had ample time, more relaxed than the day trips departing from Komodo.
2 hours on Komodo Island looking for Komodo dragons, 3 hours at Pink Beach, and sunset at Padar Island at 4 pm. Almost no other tourists at all three spots.
Day4
First snorkeling in the morning at a spot (if you have some diving experience, you will find it quite ordinary), then go to Kelor Island for 3 hours, you can hike or snorkel to see baby sharks.
Return to the boat for lunch and then head to the pier to end the trip.
Finally, of course, let's talk about the minefields:
1⃣️Unless there's a surprise, you will be the only Asian tourist on the boat, and it's unlikely anyone will speak Chinese
2⃣️The food is even worse than I imagined, even 4 days of lunch and dinner had the same two vegetarian dishes, please be sure to bring instant noodles on board
3⃣️Sleeping in the dormitory not only means dealing with other people's snoring but also a faint smell of engine oil, and the vibration of the entire deck, as the boat sails throughout the night (but I slept super well, always the first to sleep, the white people were so envious of me)
4⃣️This route does not include sunset bats, Manta snorkeling spots, Crescent Bay, etc. You can consider staying in Komodo for an extra day to join a local half-day tour.

8 Essential Things to Know Before Visiting Komodo Island in Indonesia!
① Understand Komodo in 1 minute
▪ Komodo Island is located to the west of East Nusa Tenggara Province in Indonesia, a 1-hour flight from Bali. It is home to the world's largest living lizard, the Komodo dragon, also known as the 'Komodo dragon'.
▪ Komodo Island also boasts unique natural landscapes not found on other islands, such as pink sand beaches, magnificent marine landscapes, and mysterious flora and fauna. It has been named one of the 'New Seven Wonders of Nature' and is one of the world's most famous diving spots.
▪ Indonesia implements a visa-free policy for Chinese citizens.
② Understand the relationship between 'Komodo Island' and 'Komodo National Park' in 1 minute
▪ Komodo Island is the largest island within Komodo National Park (the green islands in the image above), which also includes the west coast of Flores Island, Komodo Island, Padar Island, Rinca Island, and 26 other smaller islands. So, when we talk about Komodo Island and its major attractions, we are actually referring to parts of 'Komodo National Park'!
▪ There is no airport on Komodo Island; the nearest airport is in Labuan Bajo, a small town with beautiful scenery and abundant seafood. It is the gateway to Komodo National Park. Including the time for arrival and departure by plane, one should stay in the town for at least 2 days;
③ How to enjoy Komodo National Park
▪ Speedboat day trip
The speedboat day trip route is relatively mature, mainly including: Komodo Island dragon/Rinca Island dragon, Padar Island's tri-color beach, pink sand beaches on Komodo Island/Padar Island (1-2), Manta Point snorkeling, Kanawa Island snorkeling
▪ Boat stays of two days or more
There are four types of local boats: budget boat, standard boat, semi-phinisi luxury boat, and phinisi luxury boat. If you feel that a day trip is not satisfying enough, consider a local boat stay! A typical 3-day, 2-night itinerary will include at least 7 islands and 2-3 snorkeling spots
▪ Deep sea diving + diving license
Komodo Island is located at the intersection of the Pacific and Indian Oceans, with more than 1,300 species of fish and 600 species of corals, accounting for 75% of the world's coral species. The hard coral species are ten times that of the Caribbean Sea, known as the Coral Triangle
If you have enough time, consider getting a diving license in Komodo National Park and then charter a boat to various diving spots to slowly enjoy one of the world's most beautiful underwater worlds!
④ Highly recommended spots to check in
▻ Padar Island's tri-color beach
This small island has just been rated as one of the world's most spectacular hiking landscapes. When standing at the commanding height of the hill, a magical scene appears: pink, black, and white sand beaches form a continuous stretch, with beautiful bays and calm blue seas surrounding it, marveling at the wonders of nature
▻ Watching the Komodo dragons on Komodo Island
Indonesia is the only country in the world where you can see Komodo dragons in the wild. The dragons on Komodo Island are mainly distributed on Komodo Island, Rinca Island, and Padar Island. The habitats open to visitors are currently only Komodo Island and Rinca Island. The former has more wild dragons but a smaller chance of seeing them, and you can take photos with the dragons in fixed areas; the latter has fewer wild dragons, and most are in fixed activity areas where you can take photos! Note that when taking a photo with a Komodo dragon, you can only stand behind it, with the guide directing from the front!
▻ The pink sand beaches of Komodo National Park
80% of the beaches on Komodo Island and Padar Island are naturally pink, one of the seven pink sand beaches in the world! Many pink sand beaches are unnamed and require a local guide to take you there
⑤ Cuisine
▪ Highly recommend the fish market in Labuan Bajo, open from 5 pm to 2 am daily. It is not only the first choice for food for tourists from all over the world but also the favorite port for locals!
▪ During the 2 nights we stayed in Labuan Bajo, we ate at the fish market every night. The Napoleon fish kaka tua unique to Komodo Island is very fresh. The seafood here is grilled directly over the fire, and although it is not as refined as our domestic cooking methods, it still retains the original flavor and deliciousness
⑥ Accommodation
▪ We stayed in the airport town of Labuan Bajo, the gateway to Komodo National Park. This once ordinary fishing village has become busy with the development of tourism on the surrounding islands. The small airport can see different faces from all over the world!
▪ Our hostel, dorme tree, is just a 2-minute drive from the airport, not only close to the town center (a 10-minute walk), with shuttle service, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the meals provided are good value for money! Their pork noodles are the best around Komodo Island, very tender and delicious!
⑦ Transportation
▪ After comparing on Traveloka, we finally chose NAM Air, an airline under Sriwijaya Air of Indonesia, mainly serving domestic routes in Indonesia. The round-trip from Bali to Komodo Island costs 1000 yuan, mainly because their timing is better!
▪ The transportation on Komodo Island mainly comes from the charter service provided by the hotel, charged per trip, 15 yuan/trip, regardless of distance. For regular taxis, the most is 25 yuan/trip, which is quite a bargain!
▪ Transportation to and from the various islands requires chartering a boat. It is recommended to join a group to compare projects on various platforms
⑧ Best season to visit
▪ Indonesia is located in the tropical region of the southern hemisphere and has only two seasons, dry and rainy! Komodo Island and Bali have a tropical island climate, hot all year round, with an average annual temperature of about 28°C
▪ The rainy season is from October to March of the following year, and the rest of the time is the dry season. The month after the end of the rainy season is the hottest season, which is April. From May to September each year, due to the northward movement of cold air from Australia, this period is the coolest time of the year in Bali, making it the best season to travel to Komodo Island!

Pink Beach
Located on Komodo Island, Pink Beach is part of Komodo National Park in Indonesia, located on the southwest coast of East Nusa Tenggara Komodo Island. The most striking thing about this beach is its pink sand, which is caused by a red pigment produced by a microscopic animal called Foraminifera on the coral reef. The water here is clean and the scenery is beautiful. It is not only an ideal place for learning diving and snorkeling, but also has a romantic pink beach, like a circle of girlish pink skirts swaying by the sea, which is very beautiful. Pink Beach

Komodo's unnamed small island, like the end of the world
Waiting for the twilight dance of Bat Island, resting on an unnamed small island in Komodo at noon, the island is a small hill, surrounded by a primitive beach, stranded boats and tilted pavilions, the sun slanting on the sea, like the end of the world.

Indonesia/Komodo Island/Have you ever seen a pink beach?
Komodo Island, located in the Indian Ocean, is a place many people call a holiday resort. Here you can see dense tropical rainforests🌴, pink beaches💖 and clear waters. Komodo Island is an island to the east of Bali, fulfilling all my fantasies about the islands, not to exaggerate, it's much more fun than Bali.

🎈Komodo Dragon
These majestic creatures from the Jurassic period can only be seen on Komodo Island, Rinca Island, Motang Island, and Flores Island in the world.
1) Hike to find the endangered giant lizards, as well as various wildlife (spectacled monkeys, deer)
2) Komodo dragons are very dangerous, and their saliva contains deadly toxins. Be sure to watch under the guidance of a ranger.
3) Komodo dragons have a keen sense of smell and are particularly sensitive to the smell of blood. Friends with wounds on their bodies or women who encounter their menstrual period need to inform the ranger in advance.
🎈Padar Island
A volcanic island, you can see four crescent-shaped beaches.
1) It takes about 2 to 3 hours to climb to the top.
2) Do sun protection before climbing the mountain, the climate here is hot
3) Also, you need to wear comfortable shoes and carry some water and dry food.
🎈Pink Beach
The closest Southeast Asian pink beach island to China, a dreamy check-in beach
1) The color and visual effect of the beach are closely related to the weather, waves, and other factors of the day.
2) Red corals are more prickly, the sand is not too delicate, pay attention to protective measures
3) Pink Beach also provides snorkeling and diving points. But because Komodo dragons also live here, underwater activities must follow the instructions of the guide or ranger.
🎈Komodo Boat Stay
The crew and sailors will cook three meals a day for everyone on the boat, enjoy the food while watching the sea view, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night.
🎈Bat Island
Wait for the sunset, watch the bats hovering in the sky at Bat Island, it's incredibly shocking
🎈Tips:
①The Komodo Park administrator does not allow drones to be flown on Padar Island unless extra money is paid.
②The online price does not include the Komodo ticket, the ticket system is too complicated,
③Bring some Indonesian Rupiah
