We drove through the winding roads and enjoyed the stunning natural scenery along the way. It didn't take long to reach Phra That Doi Suthep. We stopped to pay respects at the Phra That Doi Suthep for good fortune and recharged with breakfast. There were a variety of vendors offering both noodle soup and made-to-order dishes. After filling our stomachs and taking care of our personal business, we continued on to Khun Chang Khian Village, only about 6.5 kilometers away. Although not far, the winding mountain roads made for a rather long journey. However, the views along the way and the natural beauty along the way were truly worth it. ☀️ The roads were clear, making for a leisurely ride with no cars. We chose to go on a weekday, which meant the roads were clear, making it easy to ride our motorcycles without rushing. After our coffee, we took the same route back, but didn't forget to stop and take photos at the Doi Pui viewpoint for a beautiful souvenir. Khun Chang Khian, the full name is Khun Chang Khian Highland Agricultural Research and Training Center, located in Chang Phueak Subdistrict, Mueang District and Mae Ram Subdistrict, Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. The route to Khun Chang Khian from Chiang Mai city is the same way to Phra That Doi Suthep. After going up Doi Suthep, go straight and you will pass Phuping Palace. The road from here will be paved but quite narrow, so drive carefully. After passing Doi Pui Viewpoint, the road from here will be a new road construction area. When I went, it was the rainy season and early winter. The road was quite muddy in some parts. Along the way, when there were oncoming cars or on curves, cars would honk their horns to signal to be careful when cars were passing each other. The road is especially steep and winding as you get closer. After you get close, there will be a sign for Khun Chang Khian Highland Agricultural Research and Training Center on the right. Or go straight and there will be a sign for Ban Khun Chang Khian, turn right and go in. The distance from Phra That Doi Suthep to Ban Khun Chang Khian is approximately 14 kilometers. Highlights of the wild Himalayan cherry blossoms It will be at the Khun Chang Khian Highland Agricultural Research and Training Center, covering the entire area. We can find beautiful angles to take pictures. At some points, there will be staff from the Khun Chang Khian Highland Agricultural Research and Training Center to provide advice and provide various knowledge. The surrounding atmosphere that day was covered in fog, the air was cool and comfortable. You have to wait for the sun to come out to take beautiful pictures. After that, go to Khun Chang Khian Village, there will be houses of the villagers, shops, and coffee shops. There will be wild Himalayan cherry trees scattered throughout the village.
