Xiamen Weekend Vacation Guide: How to Have Fun Without Getting Tired!
📍𝐗𝐢𝐚𝐌𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲
The romance of Xiamen is not only about the sea. Take a city walk in the wealthy area of Siming on the island, stroll around Yuandang Lake and Bailuzhou, stroll through the Botanical Garden and Xiamen University, and feel the vitality of this city.
Take two nights and three days to give yourself some time to relax.
This trip is held at the 198-meter-high Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, located in the core area of Xiamen city. The unique sailboat-shaped building looks like a "garden on the sea" and is quite magnificent from a distance. One side of the hotel faces the bustling city area, blending in with the atmosphere of Ludao life; the other side is adjacent to the beautiful Yundang Lake, enjoying the pleasant natural scenery.
Staying in the "Premier Deluxe Lake View King Room" exudes a European sense of low-key luxury. The guest room design pays special attention to details, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass windows are really pleasing. When the morning light is just breaking, you can open the curtains and look at the egrets dancing over the Yundang Lake. At that moment, time seems to stand still. As the hustle and bustle of life outside the window rises, the warmth in your heart also rises.
Let me tell you about my mysterious love for Kempinski. It comes from the "ladies in red" that you can see when you step into the hotel lobby. They are always friendly, beautiful, generous and professional. They are familiar with the hotel facilities, equipment and services, and are well-versed in local cultural traditions and historical sites. In other words, Kempinski's "Lady in Red" is my reliable guide for traveling to other places😎
Hotel food service introduction:
The lobby bar on the first floor is a real old money style. The huge high ceilings, crystal lamps, daylight rock paintings, egret pools, and sofa bar are all expensive European luxury items. Sit here and drink a cup of coffee and you can make a blockbuster movie in minutes.
The cafe on the second floor and the open kitchen always make foodies excited and rush downstairs in the morning to enjoy a buffet breakfast with a rich variety of dishes. The Minnan specialty noodle soup, peanut soup, and shacha noodles taste just as good as those in the popular street market shops.
Yuefu Chinese Restaurant on the third floor specializes in exquisite Cantonese cuisine and southern Fujian specialties. It has been open for nearly 12 years and is deeply loved by local diners. Its reputation and popularity are beyond my imagination. This can be seen from the fact that the hall was full when I dined there (on a weekday).
In the new year, let us see the mountains, the rivers and the world together.
Find yourself on the road.
