It's a dog-friendly park, so I recommend it❤️ There's also a rose garden in the park🌹 If you're going by car, there's a parking lot, but it's paid. You can also get there by train. From the West Exit of Kashiwa Station on the JR Joban Line or Tobu Urban Park Line, take the Tobu Bus from bus stop number 2 bound for the National Cancer Research Center and get off at Mitsui Jutaku-mae, or take the Tobu Bus bound for Kashiwanoha Campus Station West Exit and get off at Kashiwanoha Park Central. (Approximately 20 minutes) To get to the General Stadium or Baseball Stadium, it's convenient to take the Tobu Bus bound for the National Cancer Research Center and get off at Todai-mae or Todai-nishi.

It's a very large park, so it's recommended for babies and dogs! It's a bit of a walk from the station if you don't have a car, so I recommend going by car!

The flowers are simply beautiful. The area is safe and secure for children. The restaurant nearby, Chojiya, is delicious. The rose garden is also nice. The rose garden is only open in spring and autumn. The green consultation center, swan boats, and more are fun. It's great for families, solo travelers, and couples. I think it's worth going at least once.
