Great stay experience, the staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient with both self-parking and valet services available. We had a pet with us, and they provided some treats and a water bowl for our pet. The room was spacious, cozy, and warm. The bedding was excellent. The bathroom was very clean and well-equipped. Compared to the neighboring Douglas Hotel, I definitely prefer this one.
