From there, walk about 600 meters to the right to arrive. The Yandang Bookroom is a repurposed abandoned quarry. Over thousands of years, human stone extraction has left behind more than 3,000 caves. Designers have ingeniously transformed these natural stone caves and steep cliffs by embedding staggered stone staircases and bookshelves, turning the former quarry into a stunning and popular destination for visitors. When traveling to Lishui, I went to Jinyun Xiandu Scenic Area and stopped by Yandang Study Room. The bookstore is not an attraction in the scenic area. You can take the local bus, but the route time is not clear, so I just took the scenic sightseeing bus. Tell the driver to go to Yantang Bookstore and he will get off at the corresponding station and walk to the bookstore. The bookstore is cleverly built by taking advantage of the gaps in the mine mountain. It is very special. There is a cafe at the door, where you can sit and watch the scenery and read a book. The weather must be good and there is sunlight. Through the cracks in the rocks, the light and shadow will hit the rocks, and the light and dark will be distinct. If there is no light, it will feel normal. Visiting the study is free, but there are many people.
