Entering ITC Ratnadipa was a wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly by the staff, and Chef Salim approached us, providing exceptional service that truly exemplifies hospitality. A notable mention goes to Executive Samidu, who made us feel right at home in the Ahasa lounge. We also finalized a deal with the membership ambassador, Janitha. Her detailed and clear explanations convinced us to purchase the membership with ease.

I stayed at ITC Ratnadipa with my kids. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing! In addition to the authentic curry and dosa you'd expect from an Indian hotel, there was also an egg station, a Chinese noodle corner, and Western dishes like pancakes and waffles, so each family member was able to choose their favorite. The mango lassi was a nice touch! 🥭 It's rare to find delicious fish in Sri Lanka, but the mackerel-like fish served here was perfectly suited to Japanese tastes and I was blown away! It was a beautiful sunny morning, so we headed to the pool. The infinity pool, blending seamlessly with the ocean, felt like a tropical resort. 🏝️ It was so spacious it was hard to believe we were in the heart of Colombo. I stayed with my kids at ITC Ratnadipa Colombo, a luxury hotel that opened in 2024. ✨ I'd been interested in this hotel for a while, and this was my first stay. As you'd expect from an Indian hotel, the interior is simply gorgeous! Beautifully decorated down to the last detail, it felt like an extraordinary world from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, and the ocean view from the window gave me the perfect resort feeling. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was also open, allowing me to relax in the heart of the city. Guests can enjoy Luxury Hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. On this day, it was held at the oyster bar. You can order alcoholic drinks and snacks from the menu (they didn't have oysters). It was genuinely one of my best days at the ITC Hotel in Colombo. The hotel went above and beyond my expectations — from the friendly and efficient reception， to the extraordinary food and beverage service， to the well-equipped rooms with stunning views. The highlight of my visit was the massage experience. I was lucky to have a fantastic therapist (Hasanth) who was not only skilled and professional but made the whole session soothing and effective. The spa was spotless and calm， which enhanced the tranquility. I thoroughly enjoyed every second and will certainly come back to this outstanding place.

We chose this destination for our honeymoon， and it truly made the journey feel extraordinary right from the beginning. The property is breathtaking. It's brand new， showcasing clean， modern architecture with a serene vibe throughout. Our partial sea-view room offered a lovely perspective—you could sit by the window for hours， observing how the ocean and city meld together. The interiors were tasteful—minimalist yet inviting—and our in-room experience was seamless. It never felt over the top， just pure， understated luxury executed perfectly. Dining at Avartana was a standout. If you visit， it's an absolute must. It's not your typical Indian fine dining—it's a full tasting journey with a thoughtfully designed menu， stunning presentation， and an atmosphere that perfectly complements it all. The storytelling with each dish transformed the evening from just a meal to a real event. High tea deserves a mention， with breathtaking views and sunsets every evening; we stayed five days and enjoyed it daily. Also， try their homemade nachos—they're fantastic. There's an infinity pool facing the sea， a sky lounge， and free casino transfers. If you want to visit a casino， Bally's is worth checking out. Huge thanks to Rephan Castelino， who supported us throughout our stay—from little details to last-minute assistance， he was incredible. Truly professional， making everything effortless. If you're planning a honeymoon or wish for a relaxing luxury stay in Colombo—this place is highly recommended. Excellent food， tranquil rooms， friendly staff， and just enough understated luxury.
