Staying in a century-old villa by the sea is an amazing experience. Qingdao in autumn and winter has a cinematic feel, with a cold atmosphere that contrasts sharply with the intense summer! - 🏠Room Type/Layout Open the door of the homestay and you'll see the sparkling sea. The retro decor makes you feel like you're in a romantic European movie. You can lie in bed and watch the sea, listen to the waves, and be mesmerized by the beauty of the island city. The hotel has only been open for a short time, so the decor and furniture are new and full of retro style, making it perfect for a vacation or a date! - 💫Pros The hotel is in a great location. A taxi to the attractions is usually less than CNY 10, and it's about a 10-minute walk. It's also very convenient to order takeout. It's really nice to take a walk near the hotel in the evening. The First Bathing Beach is right next door. I even bought some gear to go to the beach, and it was a great experience! The homestay has 2m and 2.2m beds with down bedding. Each room has a separate bathroom with a wet and dry area. The bedding is sent to a professional cleaning company for disinfection and replacement after each guest. The room is equipped with a high-definition projector. After a day out, it's great to come back, turn on the air conditioning, and lie under the down comforter to watch a movie. - 💰Average Cost We went during the Double 11 Festival. The homestay had a promotion for 4 days and 3 nights at the seaside in Qingdao for only CNY 299 per day for two people, which is a great deal. - 📝Tips The homestay is in the Badaguan Scenic Area. The end of October is the time to see the autumn leaves, and you can see the sunset over the sea from the homestay! Vanilla Specialty Coffee, a famous coffee shop in Qingdao, is right next door. Not only is the environment great for photos, but the coffee is also top-notch. Coffee lovers will be in heaven and want to drink three cups a day!
