This time going to Korea 🇰🇷 with an early flight, I also went to Intervals SkyBar, located in the sky corridor between Terminal 1 and the satellite terminal of Hong Kong Airport. Apart from a lunch at a Michelin restaurant, we didn't plan any itinerary and just went with the flow for our five-day, four-night trip to Busan. We took a 13:30 flight directly to Busan, arrived at the airport two hours early to complete the check-in procedures, and then headed to Intervals Bar for a brunch before boarding. The restaurant's interior is very quiet and comfortable! The large floor-to-ceiling windows face the runway, allowing us to watch the planes take off and land while chilling. We ordered two light meals and drinks to fill our stomachs, of course, saving room for a food frenzy in Korea. I chose an Iced Americano for $48 to refresh myself. The coffee had a rich aroma without any acidity, which is just the way I like it. Car Dad enjoyed a Plantation Breakfast for $68! The tea had a smooth taste with a hint of smokiness and fruity aroma, very delightful. The Classic for $52, with a combination of prosciutto and cheese, is always a winning choice. The toast also had tomatoes, adding more layers to the flavor. Since it was Car Dad's birthday, we had to order something special, so we went for the Mini Classic Lobster Roll for $188 to celebrate.
