Imagine, if you will, a rock that has more stories to tell than your most talkative relative at family gatherings. First, let's talk about its *structural integrity*. This stone is so solid that it makes a steel beam look like a noodle. You could probably park a tank on it, and the tank would apologize for getting in the stone's way. As for its *appearance*, it's a sight to behold. A true masterpiece of natural artistry. The intricate patterns on its surface could make a marble statue blush with envy. And let's not forget the color—oh, the color! It's like the stone couldn't decide whether to be grey, brown, or a shade of mossy green, so it just went with all three. Talk about a fashion statement! The place is on top of the mountain. You need more energy in walking. It has more steps going up. Nevertheless, it is worth the Visit and the View is so beautiful. It is very Traffic in the area. The entrance fee is Php. 100The place is great. Has food stalls available if you want to eat, what also amazed me is that they have food stalls on the very top of the stone kingdom so you can eat with a good looking view of Baguio City.

This is the Igorot Stone kingdom located in Long Long Benguet Rd, Baguio, Benguet, Philippines. It is one of the newest attractions in Baguio which is a man made park structure with stones that showcase Igorot culture. The entrance ticket is affordable for only 100 php for adults and 80 php for children. The park is open every day from 7am to 6pm. You can rent an Igorot Costume if you want to post wearing their traditional clothes for 50 php. It's so relaxing to visit here during December to February where the temperature in Baguio is cold. My family visited last January 24, 2025 and the weather was so perfect. Don't miss to visit this if you go to Baguio as it represents the culture and tradition of the Igorots.

Today, I want to share with you a super cool attraction in Baguio, Philippines - the Igorot Stone Kingdom 🧐. This stone castle is quite unique. It was designed by Pio Velasco and opened to the public in 2021, quickly becoming one of the most popular attractions in Baguio 😜. When you step inside, it's like entering a primitive and mysterious world. The park features stone walls showcasing the rock-laying techniques of the Igorot people. These stone walls are stacked layer upon layer in the mountains and forests, telling the story of ancient technology and wisdom 🤩. There's also a gold mine, quietly standing there, like a silent storyteller, recounting the blood and tears of the colonial era to visitors, making you ponder history 😔. Of course, the most interesting part is the Igorot band, performing traditional songs and dances. The exotic music and dance instantly transport you into a unique cultural atmosphere 🥳. The stone castle is only 5 km from downtown Baguio, but it gets crowded during holidays. So, if you plan to visit, I recommend getting up early and renting a car or taking a taxi to avoid the crowds and enjoy your visit 🚕. The castle's terrain is quite steep, and the sense of accomplishment when you reach the top is indescribable. There's also a café at the top, where you can sit and relax, enjoying the view from above, with the beautiful scenery of Baguio City in full view. It's truly amazing ☕. The stone castle was closed for a while due to an earthquake and reopened in July. If you visit now, you can experience its unique charm, and the weather in December is more refreshing and pleasant. It's also the perfect time for strawberries, so after visiting the stone castle, you can enjoy strawberry picking 😉. The Igorot Stone Kingdom in Baguio is definitely worth a visit, and I'm sure you'll be captivated by it 💖.

💞Recommendation reason: Baguio is a city without tricycles. Taxis are everywhere and the fare is metered. You won’t be cheated. It is not commercial. The people are simple and the prices are low. It is a breath of fresh air in the Philippines. The most attractive thing here is the warm attitude of the people. You will feel more if you explore it slowly❗ 🏔️Baguio is full of mountain roads. I vomited on the ride. It took more than 5 hours from BGC, so I would like to give you some suggestions: [RedHeart] People who are prone to motion sickness, remember to bring motion sickness medicine; 💜The temperature in Baguio in April is about 28 degrees at the highest, and it is not cold even if you wear short sleeves or shorts at the lowest; the altitude is about 1,500 meters. 💙There is no flat ground, it is either uphill or downhill, so it is recommended to wear sports shoes; 💛If you bring children, it is best to stay for 2 nights and 3 days, find a good hotel, and then visit these check-in places. 💚If you don’t have kids, just find a hotel for 2,000 or 3,000 pesos with breakfast included. Food in Baguio is very cheap. So eat whatever you want. 🧡Taxis in Baguio are also cheap, with a starting price of 35 pesos. this is my first time to visit....Its located in Baguio Philippines...my unique and beautiful country. The road is upper hill..we took a taxi..took us 1hr cuz of foggy atmosphere...its very interesting place to visit...im amazed about the packvof stones...and the stairs!wow!highly recommended for adventurer like me!

The entrance fee is 100 pesos per person, which we can buy at the entrance. Inside, there are stones that are modeled as a city, allowing us to take pictures at various angles. There are costumes for rent and small performances to watch. On top, there is a coffee shop where you can see the view of Baguio. How to get there: You can take a taxi from the center of Baguio.
